Abstract: The present invention discloses a flat panel display with sliding loudspeaker structure. The flat panel display comprises a display body, a sliding rail, and a sliding loudspeaker portion. The loudspeaker portion comprises a loudspeaker body, a sliding member and a connecting portion. By the matching structure of the sliding member and the sliding rail, the effect of allowing a user to freely adjust the loudspeaker body to different positions can be achieved. Besides, by further using the pivot of the loudspeaker body, the present invention allows the user to freely adjust the loudspeaker to different angular positions. Therefore, the problems of an immovably fixed loudspeaker position and angularly non-adjustable loudspeaker sound field on a conventional display are solved.

One part of a releasable fastener is attachable to the panel front side and has an aperture therein in alignment with the mounting hole. A fixing member secures the one part and the mounting button to each other through the panel.

The trim member includes a base member securable to the surface and including a supporting leg, and an upper member including a base member receiving channel that is shaped to receive the supporting leg of the base member. The upper member is positionable relative to the base member to accommodate varying angles of the curved sheet.

The bottom trim member includes a connecting part having a sheet receiving component that is configured to receive a bottom portion of the curved sheet, and a connecting leg extending in a downward direction relative to the curved sheet. With this construction, the seal and cover member serves to provide a moisture seal between the bottom trim member and the surface on which the trim member is mounted and serves to cover an area through which a fastening member can be placed to fix the trim member to the surface.
