Abstract: A lateral gripper includes a gripper mount, and two gripper jaw modules assembled on the gripper mount. Each gripper jaw module includes a sliding block and a gripper jaw. The sliding block drives the gripper jaw to slide on the gripper mount. The gripper jaw is configured to grip a drill box by multi-point contact, so that the freedom of the drill box is restricted, and the drill box can be stably carried by the gripper jaw modules.

Abstract: A forming tool detection device includes a reflector module, an image sensor and a backlight module respectively disposed on both sides of the reflector module with a detection space formed between the backlight module and the reflector module for the insertion of a forming tool for detection. The reflector module focuses the light projected by the backlight module and reflects the focused light toward the backlight module and is provided with a hollow portion for the image sensor to capture an image of the forming tool. The reflector module is used to reflect the light emitted by the backlight module so that the tool image captured by the image sensor can detect the length and outer diameter of the forming tool, thereby simplifying the tool detection process.

Abstract: A cyclic type layered storage and output equipment includes a first pick-and-place device and a second pick-and-place device set at two opposite sides of an automatic material distribution and storage machine for delivering drill bits for detection and storing the detected drill bits by using horizontal transportation and layered storage technology. It can reduce the equipment space. After the overall inspection is completed, all the stored drill bits are transferred to another processing equipment together.

Abstract: A detection system include a light source including three or more than three equiangularly spaced light-emitting devices for emitting light onto multiple cutting edges of a cutter blade of a cutter, a camera for capturing images of the cutting blade of the cutter, and a controller electrically coupled with the light source and the camera and capable of figuring out the angle of the cutter blade of the cutter by analyzing the images of the cutter blade and then controlling one specific light-emitting device to emit light onto the cutter blade of the cutter.

Abstract: An auto-sorting storage/retrieval system includes an identification mechanism, a first pick and place device, a second pick and place device, and a feed and storage equipment including a feed unit and a storage unit respectively disposed at two opposite sides relative to the identification mechanism and respectively movable up and down for enabling the identification mechanism to recognize and sort drill bits. As the auto-sorting storage/retrieval system can run independently without any additional arrangement, it can be freely installed anywhere without particular space limitation.
