Patent number: 10584457Abstract: A guy wire anchoring device is provided which can be used to hold a tower in place. The device features a container which has a plurality of solid side panels, which are connected to two adjacent side panels using a side hinge mechanism. As a result, the container can be reversably moved from an essentially flat, folded orientation, to an expanded empty container orientation when un-folded. The container also includes at least one base plate which is hingeably mounted to the lower edge of at least one side panel of the container, and which can be moved to a position wherein it at least partially closes the opening at the bottom of said empty container. The container is adapted to be filled with a suitable, local material such as sand, aggregate, or the like, in order to increase the weight of the guy wire anchoring device. The device includes a guy wire anchoring bracket to which guy wires can be attached.Type: GrantFiled: November 25, 2016Date of Patent: March 10, 2020Assignee: TDM TECHNOLOGIES INC.Inventor: Ciro Pasini

Patent number: 10132636Abstract: The present invention concerns a system for contactless determination of the position and orientation of a first mobile object (M) relative to a reference mark (RP) carried by a second fixed or mobile object (P), in a disturbed electromagnetic environment comprising a transmitting antenna (E) with ferromagnetic cores (E-1) having magnetic permeability higher than 10, incorporating sensors (E-3) for measuring the magnetic field Xu actually emitted by the axes of the ferromagnetic cores. A means (4-4) for extracting the signal correlated with the ambient noise XBR (Tk?KbTe)—from the sensors (Sb) fixed in the platform (P), forms, with measurement Xu of the emitted magnetic induction, a complete model of the measured fields, making it possible to extract, without errors, the six parameters relative to the field model without disturbances.Type: GrantFiled: November 6, 2014Date of Patent: November 20, 2018Assignee: TDMInventor: Jean-Louis Lescourret

Patent number: 10045761Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for tissue dissection and testing are disclosed herein. A method for tissue dissection and testing may comprise inserting a tissue dissecting wand (TD) through an incision in a patient's body. The TD may comprise a tip having a plurality of protrusions with lysing segments positioned between the protrusions to dissect and/or modify tissue. The TD may also comprise a sensor dock positioned on top of the TD that is configured to allow tissue and/or body fluid contact to a sensor. After separating tissue using the lysing segment(s) to access a target region, the sensor may be activated and moved around within the target region to assess tissues.Type: GrantFiled: February 14, 2013Date of Patent: August 14, 2018Assignee: TDM Surgitech, Inc.Inventor: Paul Joseph Weber

Patent number: 8968302Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for tissue dissection and modification are disclosed herein. A method for tissue dissection and modification may comprise inserting a tissue dissecting and modifying wand (TDM) through an incision in a patient's body. The TDM may comprise a tip having a plurality of protrusions with lysing segments positioned between the protrusions to dissect and/or modify tissue. The TDM may also comprise an energy window positioned on top of the TDM that is configured to deliver energy to modify tissues. After separating tissue using the lysing segment(s) to define a target region, the energy window may be activated and moved around within the target region to modify tissues. In some implementations, the energy window may be activated prior to and/or during dissection of the tissue such that the tissue is separated while tissue is modified within the target region.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2013Date of Patent: March 3, 2015Assignee: TDM SurgiTech, Inc.Inventor: Paul Joseph Weber
