Each of the protrusions is received in one of the rows in an open position of the locking device and is inserted further into the terminal receiving passageways in a closed position of the locking device. The grasping mechanism is adapted to grasp the exposed aluminum foil and separate it from the cable at the cutting position by at least one of oscillating or pulling the aluminum foil to remove it from the cable.
