The fruit is semi-freestone, large, conical in shape and has an attractive burgundy colored skin with a slightly aromatic bloom. The underlying flesh is crisp and yellow in color. Eating quality is superb, with a sweet, slightly aromatic flavor and a noticeable absence of acid.
