Abstract: A continuously variable transmission (CVT) clutch is provided that includes a CVT gearing control assembly that is configured to move a movable sheave of the CVT clutch axially on a post independent of movement caused by a reactive assembly of the CVT clutch. A slave cylinder housing of the CVT gearing control assembly forms an oil chamber that includes a plurality of slave push piston cylinders. A slave push piston is received in each slave push piston cylinder in the slave cylinder housing. Each slave push piston is in operational communication with an engaging member that is configured to selectively engage and move the movable sheave. An actuator assembly adjusts pressure to selectively move the slave push pistons.

  • Publication number: 20240416680
Abstract: A caster device, which includes a container with a downward opening and a top plate, as well as a mounting bracket that can slide vertically inside the container. In addition, one or more casters are attached to one side of the mounting bracket and come into contact with the ground. On the other side of the mounting bracket, there is at least one elastic element pressed against the underside of the container's top plate. When a predetermined weight is applied to the object supported by the container of the caster device, the elastic element is compressed, thereby causing the bottom edge of the container to contact the ground. This increases the friction between the caster device and the ground, making the caster device not easy to move.

  • Publication number: 20240370769
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed herein for preventing hallucinations in machine learning models by enabling query responses based on a predefined ground truth defined by a corpus of information. The system may use multiple machine learning models. In particular, the system may receive a user query and use a machine learning model to split the user query into multiple sub-queries that would ask component questions for the query. The component questions may then be used to get accurate information for responding to the query. Once the information is identified, the hallucination prevention system may input that information into another machine learning model (for example, a large language model) with instructions to deliver the response to the query based on the identified information, but put it into a specific, desired form. In some embodiments, another machine learning model may be used to identify undesired responses based on policy and/or other requirements.

  • Patent number: 12110951
Abstract: A double clutch reverse and active torque management system is provided. A forward variable torque limiting clutch selectively couples torque between a driven sheave of a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and at least one drive axle of a vehicle when the vehicle is traveling in a forward direction. The forward variable torque limiting clutch is set to transmit less torque than can be transmitted through each of the drive sheave and the driven sheave of the CVT. A reverse variable torque limiting clutch selectively couples torque between the driven sheave and the at least one drive axle of the vehicle when the vehicle is traveling in a reverse direction. The reverse variable torque limiting clutch is set to transmit less torque than can be transmitted through each of the drive sheave and driven sheave of the CVT, wherein any slip caused by excessive torque occurs at one of the forward variable torque limiting clutch and the reverse variable torque limiting clutch.
