In a cooking ingredient supplying device in which a plurality of ingredient blocks M are placed on a tray and an ingredient feeding member is driven by a drive mechanism to sequentially feed and supply the ingredient blocks M from the ray in a temperature-retention cabinet body, the tray is provided so as to be pulled out from the temperature-retention cabinet body in a tray pull-out direction (Y direction) that intersects with an ingredient feed direction (X direction) by the ingredient feeding member.

Abstract: An automatic dish serving system can be applied to various dishes to save space and achieve automation. An automatic dish serving system capable of cooking multiple types of dishes according to a customer's order includes a boiler for boiling noodles and a heating device adjacent to the boiler for heating a cooking container. A supplying device supplies to the cooking container an ingredient to be added to the noodles. A moving device is capable of moving the cooking utensil and can move the cooking container to at least a position at which an ingredient is supplied from the supplying device, a position at which a cooking container is heated by the heating device, and a position at which boiled noodles are received from the boiler. The heating device can heat and cook an ingredient that is supplied from the supplying device to the cooking container according to the order.

Abstract: An automated cooking device for washing a cooking container includes a controller controlling driving of a container holder to change the container holder to any of an ingredient receiving posture in which the cooking container receives ingredients from a supply device, a cooking posture in which the cooking container is rotated in a state in which the cooking container is inclined forward with respect to a cooking table to stir the ingredients, a serving posture in which the container holder is inclined forward more than in the cooking posture with respect to the cooking table to face downward to a dish on the front side of the container holder, and a washing posture in which a rotation support mechanism of the container holder is inclined backward with respect to a base frame and the cooking container is washed on a rear side of the container holder.
