The method can further include receiving, from the sensor and at a management circuit disposed within the interior of housing, a sensor signal indicating the out-of-band characteristic of the electronic circuit. The method can further include analyzing, at the management circuit, the out-of-band characteristic of the electronic circuit to produce an alarm signal. The method can further include sending, from the management circuit, the alarm signal to initiate a remedial action in response to receiving the alarm signal.

    Abstract: A foldable ramp assembly for providing wheelchair and patient trolley access from ground level to the interior of a vehicle cabin whose floor includes a pan which is configured to receive and retain the ramp assembly when not deployed. The ramp assembly comprises an elongate section which, when the assembly is deployed, engages at one end with the ground and at its other end through a hinge mechanism with the vehicle pan. The elongate section of the ramp assembly includes along each side edge an upstanding rigid flange member of a height sufficient to prevent a wheel or wheels of a wheelchair or trolley travelling along the ramp assembly inadvertently passing over one or other side edge of the ramp assembly. The pan includes side channels which are inclined downwardly towards openings formed in an external surface of the vehicle cabin and which are dimensioned to receive said flange members when the ramp assembly is located within the inclined pan.

The spring mechanism comprises a drive shaft having a first and second torque levers located either end of the drive shaft. The cylindrical receptacle is rotated and the feed guide is allowed to rotate about the axis of its inlet that is roughly coincident with the axis of auger entering the axial inlet of the feed guide. The cylindrical receptacle is rotated at a speed selected to counteract the rotation of the auger about its own axis.

A test control module actuates the valve to initiate a test cycle during which liquid is admitted to the sump container to cause the liquid level in the container to rise to a predetermined level, after which the pump, if functional, discharges liquid from the container until the liquid level falls to a lower level and the test cycle is terminated. The test control module includes an indicator circuit which indicates in response to completion of the test cycle whether the test was successful or unsuccessful. A processor circuit records the elapsed time of successive test cycles and the current supplied to the sump pump motor to identify trends or anomalies in the operation of the pump and provide an output signal indicative thereof.

A test control module includes a test control circuit which when actuated supplies a valve control signal to initiate a test cycle during which liquid is admitted to the container to cause the liquid level in the container to rise, after which the sump pump discharges liquid from the container until a predetermined event terminates the test cycle. An indicator circuit indicates in response to completion of the test cycle whether the test was successful or unsuccessful. A communications circuit is included which receives and verifies control signals addressed to the system from an external originator to allow a test cycle to be remotely initiated in the event of impending severe weather or other threats.
