    Abstract: Rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resins containing a copolymer resin (A1) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer (b1) in the presence of an acrylic rubber-like polymer (a), or a mixture of copolymer resin (A1) and a (co)polymer (A2) of a vinyl monomer (b2). Acrylic rubber-like polymer (a) contains 50 to 98% by weight of acrylic rubber-like polymer particles (a1) which have a particle size of less than 350 nm and 2 to 50% by weight of acrylic rubber-like polymer particles (a2) which have a particle size of not less than 350 nm. The amount of the acrylic rubber-like polymer (a) is 5 to 80% by weight based on the rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin.
