Abstract: The invention provides a rotary filtration device, wherein it is possible to prevent the adhesion of solid particles to a rotating container, manufacturing cost is low with its simple structure, maintenance cost is low, and the operation efficiency is high. The rotary filtration device includes a housing 1 into which a polishing liquid is supplied through an inflow pipe 13, a cylindrical rotating container 2 housed in the housing 1 and incorporating a filtration material 25, a filtered liquid discharge pipe 4 also serving as a rotary shaft of the rotating container 2 and discharging filtered polishing liquid from an inside of the rotating container 2, and a motor 5 for driving the rotating container 2 for rotation. The rotating container 2 includes a plurality of plate members arranged on a peripheral face thereof and a plurality of liquid flow openings respectively between the plate members.
