The method includes that a decoder determines whether a disable flag is present in a picture header (PH) associated with a picture, wherein the disable flag specifies whether a coding tool is disabled in one or more slices associated with the PH. Additionally, the method includes that the decoder infers value of the disable flag according to one or more enable flags signaled in a sequence parameter set (SPS) of the picture in response to determining that the disable flag is not present in the PH, inferring, by the decoder.

Abstract: A conversion circuit and an adapter that resolve a voltage drop problem of a power supply of a driver in an ACF circuit. The conversion circuit includes an active clamp flyback circuit, a drive circuit, and a replenishment power transistor. The active clamp flyback circuit is configured to perform power conversion. The drive circuit is configured to output a drive signal and a reference voltage. The drive signal is used to drive the active clamp flyback circuit. A first terminal of the replenishment power transistor is coupled to an input terminal of the active clamp flyback circuit, a second terminal of the replenishment power transistor is coupled to a power supply terminal of the drive circuit, and a gate of the replenishment power transistor is configured to receive the reference voltage.

The method comprises acquiring paper data, and further comprises following steps: processing the paper data to generate a candidate technology lexicon; screening the candidate technology lexicon based on mutual information; calculating an independent word forming probability of an OOV word; extracting missed words in a title using a bidirectional long short-term memory network and a conditional random field (BI-LSTM+CRF) model; predicting a technology trend. The technology trend prediction method and system provided analyzes relationship of technology changes in a high-dimensional space, and predicts a development of technology trend based on time by extracting technical features of papers through natural language processing and time sequence algorithms.

Abstract: A method and handheld device for remotely interacting with a second device. The method and apparatus identify the second device from a plurality of devices based on the gestures of the user. As the user gestures, movement sensors sensing the motion of these gestures can generate signals that can be processed by rule-based and/or learning based methods. The result of processing these signals can be used to identify the second device. In order to improve performance, the user can be prompted to confirm the identified second device is the device the user wants to remotely control. The results of processing these signals can also be used so that the user can remotely interact with the second device.
