Abstract: The present application provides a support member and a foldable display module. The support member includes at least one bending region and a plurality of non-bending regions. Each bending region is connected between two opposite non-bending regions. The support member further includes a support frame. The support frame includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the support member. A portion of the first surface and a portion of the second surface of the support frame corresponding to the non-bending regions are defined with a plurality of first grooves and a plurality of second grooves.

Abstract: A perovskite light-emitting diode and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes steps of providing a substrate, disposing a first electrode layer, a hole transport layer, and a perovskite precursor liquid layer on the substrate, coating the perovskite precursor liquid layer with a first solvent, performing a first thermal process to form a perovskite prefabricated layer, coating the perovskite prefabricated layer with a second solvent, and performing a second thermal process to form a perovskite light-emitting layer.

Abstract: Device for vaporising liquid. The device (100) comprises a housing (102) and a pressure regulating member (206). The housing (102) defines a chamber (210) to store liquid (216), and the member (206) is engaged to the chamber (210). A first portion (206a) of the member (206) is exposed to the chamber (210), while a second portion (206b) is exposed to atmospheric pressure. The member (206) comprises of porous material, which absorbs the liquid (216), without any external energy input, when pressure inside the chamber (210) is sufficient to allow liquid to partially overcome air barrier, without allowing the liquid to leak into the atmosphere. Further, the material allows air from the atmosphere to enter the chamber (210) when pressure inside the chamber (210) drops to an extent that allows air to at least partially overcome liquid barrier formed by liquid (216) within some of the pores.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for testing and fitting the dihedral angle parameters in force field. The method first generates some representative conformations, and then compares the results of force field and quantum mechanics methods using these structures. If the results meet the predefined standards, the process ends; otherwise the molecule will be cut into small-size molecular fragments with only one flexible dihedral angle in each fragment. The dihedral angles will be scanned. And results of force field and quantum mechanics will be compared for each scanned flexible dihedral angle to find out those that do not meet the standards, and their parameters will be selected for further fitting. After new dihedral angle parameters are obtained, apply them to the original series of conformers of the whole molecule for validation. If results meet the standards, complete the whole process of testing and fitting poorly performing dihedral angle parameters.

Abstract: A gate driving circuit and a display panel are provided. The gate driving circuit reduces the number of transistors through the inverter in the pull-down maintaining circuit such that the number of the signal output ends connected to the inverter is reduced. In this way, the number of the other transistors in the pull-down maintaining circuit is also reduced. Therefore, the number of the transistors and the number of the signal output ends of the pull-down maintaining circuit are both reduced. This means that the number of the transistors and the number of the signal output ends of the gate driving circuit are both reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a surface mount data conversion method, system, medium and apparatus based on a component three-dimensional database. The surface mount data conversion method based on a component three-dimensional database includes: creating a component 3D database required in a circuit board designing stage and creating a production process template library required in a circuit board production stage; and performing data conversion on the component 3D database and the production process template library to generate a component image library for use in the production stage. The present disclosure can avoid repeated work, achieve real-time update and match of production data, and reduce the error rate caused by the production data during circuit board production.

Abstract: A three-mode geomagnetic detector is provided. The detector includes an upper cover, a lower casing, and an inner container. A bottom of the inner container is detachably connected to a bottom of the upper cover, the inner container is sleeved within the upper cover, and the upper cover is snap-fitted to the lower casing. Through the design of the inner container, the use of an O-shaped sealing ring is avoided, such that poor sealing caused by the O-shaped sealing ring deformation due to vehicle rolling is avoided, and opening for replacement of components is convenient.

Abstract: A display device and an electronic equipment provided by the present application make a reflectance of a transition display region close to a reflectance of a main display region by disposing a metal reflective portion in gaps between a plurality of second pixel driving circuits in the transition display region, preventing an obvious boundary from occurring between the main display region and the transition display region when they are in a screen-off state and are under a condition of being irradiated by strong light.

Abstract: A method for identifying a traffic light, a device, and a medium are provided, which relate to fields of autonomous driving, image processing, etc. The method for identifying a traffic light includes: identifying a first position information of the traffic light in an image to be identified; determining a target position information from at least one second position information based on a relative position relationship between the first position information and the at least one second position information, in response to the first position information indicating a position of a part of the traffic light, wherein the at least one second position information indicates a position of the traffic light; and identifying a color of the traffic light in a first image area corresponding to the target position information in the image to be identified.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a precursor solution of an indium gallium zinc oxide film and a method of preparing an indium gallium zinc oxide thin film transistor. The precursor solution is provided with an indium salt, a gallium salt, a zinc salt, a stabilizing agent, and a solvent. The stabilizing agent is ethanolamine. Use of ethanolamine helps to promote an oxidation process of the precursor solution, and reduce an oxygen vacancy concentration in the indium gallium zinc oxide film, so as to improve negative bias of a threshold voltage of a channel layer made of the indium gallium zinc oxide film in a thin film transistor.
