Abstract: The present invention discloses an assembled bamboo sleeper, which is obtained by using a bamboo unit as a raw material, dried and modified at the temperature of 110-180° C., undergone coating treatment using a dopamine solution, adhesive dipping, curing and solidifying, assembling and gluing, further solidifying, further treatment using a dopamine solution, and anti-mildew and/or anti-corrosion and/or anti-insect treatment, and then fastened. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the foregoing bamboo sleeper. The bamboo sleeper prepared in the present invention is green and environmentally friendly, and applicable for ballasted tracks of railways and urban rail transit systems.

Abstract: An image sensing device and an image sensing method are provided. The image sensing device is adapted to sense a target object in a situation without ambient light. The image sensing device includes a modulated light source, an image sensor, and a processing circuit. The modulated light source includes light sources. The image sensor includes sensing pixels. The image sensor is a color filter-free sensor. In one frame period, the light sources emit sensing light beams at different timings, and the sensing pixels at different timings sense reflected light beams generated by the sensing light beams reflected by the target object. The processing circuit synthesizes first images corresponding to a part of the reflected light beams to generate a complete sensing image. The processing circuit obtains depth information of the target object according to another part of the reflected light beams.

A photosensitive device is disposed inside the assay substrate, and a path for the photosensitive device to receive ambient light avoids a color resist layer in the display panel. The photosensitive device is not affected by the color resist layer when receiving infrared light from the outside, which can eliminate red spots on a display screen.

During a first exposure period of a frame period, the sensing sub-pixels are simultaneously exposed to respectively store multiple first sensing signals in multiple storage units of the sensing sub-pixels. During multiple first readout periods of the frame period, the readout circuit sequentially reads out the first sensing signals stored in the storage units during different periods. During each of multiple dynamic sensing periods of the frame period, all or part of the sensing sub-pixels are reset and then simultaneously exposed again, and the readout circuit then simultaneously reads out multiple second sensing signals of the sensing sub-pixels.
