Abstract: A display panel comprises a substrate, active switches and light-emitting diodes formed on the substrate. The active switches are disposed between the substrate and the light-emitting diodes. Each light-emitting diode comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a quantum dot luminescent layer. The quantum dot luminescent layer comprises a mesoporous frame. The mesoporous frame adopts a self-assembling form, the mesoporous frame serves as a main material, and quantum dots are disposed in the mesoporous frame. The first electrode, the quantum dot luminescent layer and the second electrode are stacked in order. Since the quantum dots are disposed in the mesoporous frame, the sizes of the quantum dots and the uniformity of their arrangement are adjusted and controlled, the light-emitting diodes with different luminous colors depending on the sizes of the quantum dots are then adjusted.

The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a frame, a light source assembly, a reflective sheet, an optical film, and a light shielding sheet. The frame is disposed around the light guide plate. The light source assembly is disposed on a side surface of the light guide plate and fixed on the light guide plate and the frame. The reflective sheet is disposed on a bottom surface of the light guide plate. The optical film is disposed on a top surface of the light guide plate. The light shielding sheet is disposed on a surface of the optical film away from the light source assembly.

Abstract: A NAT method, apparatus and device are provided. According to the method, a target IP address and its reference port are obtained from a NAT resource pool, the reference port being a port in a corresponding consecutive port range. A first five-tuple is generated based on the target IP address, the reference port and an original five-tuple of the packet, and a second five-tuple is obtained by masking first-class bits of the reference port of the first five-tuple. Based on a hash result of the second five-tuple, a target bit indicating a non-conflicting state is determined from a pre-constructed bitmap. The state indicated by the target bit is set to be a conflicting state, and a target five-tuple is generated based on the target bit. The target five-tuple and the original five-tuple are recorded in a session table, and the packet is NAT-processed based on the target five-tuple.

Abstract: Embodiments of 3D memory devices with a static random-access memory (SRAM) and fabrication methods thereof are disclosed herein. In one example, the method for operating a 3D memory device having an input/output circuit, an array of SRAM cells, and an array of 3D NAND memory strings in a same chip. The method may include transferring data through the input/output circuit to the array of SRAM cells, storing the data in the array of SRAM cells, and programming the data into the array of 3D NAND memory strings from the array of SRAM cells.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a voice processing method, apparatus and device, where the method includes: acquiring, by a terminal device, first voice information; and acquiring, by the terminal device, response information corresponding to the first voice information, and performing an operation corresponding to the response information according to a type of the response information, where the type of the response information is at least one of a voice type, a text type, an image type, a video type, and a program operation type, which improves the flexibility of the voice processing.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a shift register unit, a gate driving circuit and a driving method thereof, and a display device. The shift register unit, includes two transfer gate modules (211, 212), two NOR gate modules (NOR1, NOR2), two AND gate modules (AND3, AND4), two capacitor modules (241, 241), and two inverter modules (225, 227). The shift register unit provided in the present disclosure can make the layout area occupied by the corresponding gate driving circuit reduce greatly as compared with that occupied by the gate driving circuit in the prior art, which facilitates border narrowing of the corresponding display device.

Abstract: Described herein are methods and devices (e.g., routers) for performing segment routing over a multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) network. A method can include a router of the MPLS network receiving a packet, and the router modifying the packet by adding a segment routing header (SRH) type MPLS extension header. The SRH type MPLS extension header includes one or more segment identifiers (SIDs) that collectively provide a SID list for use in segment routing. The method further comprises the router copying one of the one or more SIDs in the SRH type MPLS extension header to a top of an MPLS label stack, and the router forwarding the packet as modified to another router of the MPLS network based on the one of the one or more SIDs included in a label stack entry at the top of the MPLS label stack.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a multi-level inverter, which belongs to the field of power electronics. The multi-level inverter includes a main topology, at least four resistors, a switch, and a controller. The main topology includes a power supply, a flying capacitor, and at least four semiconductor switches. The flying capacitor is electrically connected to the power supply. The controller is configured to: before the main topology works, control the switch to be closed, and when detecting that charging the flying capacitor is completed, control the switch to be open. The multi-level inverter provided in the present disclosure can prevent a semiconductor switch from being damaged.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mounter air controller capable of executing appropriate air control associated with replacement of a nozzle without stopping operation of a mounter. This mounter air controller includes: a flow rate adjustment mechanism 4 mounted on a head module HM of the mounter; and control means 5 that controls this flow rate adjustment mechanism 4. The flow rate adjustment mechanism 4 is interposed between a positive-pressure region and a nozzle n and has a function capable of continuously changing a flow rate of passing air. The control means 5 is configured to bring the nozzle n to have a negative pressure and then control the flow rate in the flow rate adjustment mechanism 4 on the basis of an applied voltage or an applied current, which is determined in advance, so as to supply the air to the nozzle n.

The compensation sub-circuit loads, based on the data voltage terminal and the reference voltage terminal, a driving voltage related to a threshold voltage of the driving transistor onto the gate electrode of the driving transistor, such that a current flowing through the driving transistor is not influenced by its threshold voltage.

The method includes: acquiring video data on which the statistics is to be made (S101), identifying facial areas in the video data (S102), matching the identified facial areas with pre-set facial information, wherein the pre-set facial information may be facial information of a person unrelated to the customer flow (for example, a staff, etc.); determining the number of successfully matched facial areas, to obtain the customer flow without unrelated persons (S103). It can be seen that the method removes the interference from unrelated persons and improves the accuracy of customer flow statistics.
