Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method and apparatus for determining a target anchor, a device and a storage medium. The method may include: extracting a plurality of feature maps of an original image using a feature extraction network; inputting the plurality of feature maps into a feature pyramid network to perform feature fusion, to obtain a plurality of fused feature maps; and using a region proposal network to implement operations as follows: determining an initial anchor of a web header using the fused feature map, based on a size of each fused feature map, and determining an offset parameter of the initial anchor, based on a ratio of the size of the fused feature map to the original image, and generating a plurality of candidate anchors in different directions, based on the offset parameter of the initial anchor.

Abstract: The present application provides a display panel having a first array substrate, a first liquid crystal layer, a second array substrate, a second liquid crystal layer, a reflective layer, and a counter substrate. The second array substrate is between the first array substrate and the counter substrate; the first liquid crystal layer is between the first array substrate and the second array substrate; the second liquid crystal layer is between second array substrate and the counter substrate; and the reflective layer is between the first liquid crystal layer and the second liquid crystal layer. The display panel has a plurality of reflective regions and a plurality of transmissive regions. The reflective layer is present in the plurality of reflective regions and absent in the plurality of transmissive regions.

Abstract: A portable blowing device includes a body and fans arranged in the body. Air channels are arranged in the body and extend in the length direction of the body to allow airflow to pass through. Wind shields are arranged in the air channels, and a periphery of the wind shield is closely connected with a side wall of the air channel so that a sub-air channel is formed between the wind shield and the side wall of the air channel. Air outlets are formed in the side wall for communicating with outside and the sub-air channel, and airflow generated by the fan can enter the sub-air channel and then exits the air outlets. Because of the reduced volume of the sub-air channel, the airflow is concentrated after entering the sub-air channel, and airflow exiting the air outlets is strengthened, so that the cooling effect and the user experience are improved.

Brightness of the second pixel is set according to an area of the second pixel in the display region.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to recording blockchain ledger data. In one aspect, a method includes capturing, by a first evidence-capturing node of multiple evidence-capturing nodes of a blockchain network comprising multiple nodes, network evidence from a target evidence source. A first evidence hash of the captured network evidence is calculated. The first evidence hash is sent to other evidence-capturing nodes. Additional evidence hashes are received from the other evidence-capturing nodes. For each set of matching evidence hashes, an evidence hash group that includes the set of matching evidence hashes is generated. A count number of evidence hashes in the evidence hash group is determined for each evidence hash group. A given evidence hash group having a largest count number is identified. A given evidence hash corresponding to the matching evidence hashes of the given evidence hash group is determined as a trusted evidence hash.

The method for updating the road network data is specifically implemented as follows: acquiring trajectory data reported by a terminal; determining a plurality of out-of-road trajectories within a preset area coverage according to the trajectory data; determining a fitting trajectory according to the plurality of out-of-road trajectories; and updating existing first road network data according to the fitting trajectory to acquire second road network data.

The organic light-emitting layer has faults in a position of the first hole. A transparent sealant is used to cover edges of the faults of the organic light-emitting layer.

Abstract: The technology described in this document can be embodied in a method for preventing access to a secure system based on determining a captured image to be of an alternative representation of a live person. The method includes capturing an image of a subject illuminated by an infrared (IR) illumination source, and extracting, from the image, a portion representative of an iris of the subject. The method also includes determining that an amount of high-frequency features in the portion of the image satisfies a threshold condition indicative of the image being of an alternative representation of a live person, and in response, identifying the subject in the image to be an alternative representation of a live person. Responsive to identifying the subject in the image to be an alternative representation of a live person, the method further includes preventing access to the secure system.
