The method of manufacturing the array substrate includes: providing a substrate; sequentially stacking an active layer, a gate insulating layer, and a gate on the substrate and patterning the active layer, the gate insulating layer, and the gate with a photomask to form an active portion, a gate insulating portion, and a gate portion stacked in sequence; and providing an interlayer dielectric layer on the substrate, the active portion, the gate insulating portion, and the gate portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides a nitride-based multi-channel switching device having a plurality of transistors. The multi-channel switching device comprises a substrate, a plurality gate structures, a plurality of source electrodes and a plurality of drain electrodes. The gate structures, source electrodes and drain electrodes are grouped to form the plurality of transistors and arranged such that each gate structure disposed between a source electrode and drain electrode. Each group of the gate structures are electrically interconnected and connected to at least one gate pad corresponding to each of the transistor. Each group of the drain electrode are electrically interconnected and connected to at least one drain pad corresponding to each of the transistor. All groups of the source electrodes are electrically interconnected and connected to at least one common source pad.

Abstract: This application discloses an image processing method and apparatus, and relates to the field of image processing technologies, to help optimize a color, a contrast, or a dynamic range of an image, so that an optimized image can be more objective, and robustness is improved. The method is applied to a terminal including a first camera and a second camera. The method includes: when an ISO of the first camera in a current photographing environment is greater than a first threshold, capturing a first image for a first scenario in the current photographing environment; capturing a second image for the first scenario; and optimizing the first image based on the second image to obtain a third image. An image style of the second image is better than that of the first image.

Abstract: A display panel disposes a first display area and a second display area. The display panel includes a plurality of OLED pixel units disposed in the first display area, and a plurality of Micro LED pixel units disposed in the second display area. By replacing the OLED pixel units corresponding to the under-screen camera or used to display a fixed picture with the Micro LED pixel units, the image quality of an under-screen camera can be improved, and the burning screen problem caused by displaying the same picture for a long time can be solved.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a Type II CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing system, belonging to the technical field of genome editing. The genome editing system comprises a Cas9 protein, helper proteins, a CRISPR RNA and a trans-activated CRISPR RNA; wherein the Cas9 protein is a DNA endonuclease, and the Cas9 protein has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, or an amino acid sequence with at least 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 98%, or 99% homology to the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1.
