Abstract: A method of visual media processing method includes performing a conversion between a current video block of a current picture of a visual media data and a bitstream representation of the visual media data. The conversion is based on a reference region from the current picture comprising reference samples used for deriving a prediction block of the current video block. A virtual buffer of a defined size is used for tracking availability of the reference samples for deriving the prediction block.

Abstract: A display panel includes a fingerprint recognition layer, a light path layer, and a display panel main body. The fingerprint recognition layer includes a plurality of transistors disposed in an array and a plurality of photosensors electrically connected to the plurality of transistors. Active layer patterns of the transistors and photosensitive layer patterns of the photosensors are disposed at a same layer. The amorphous silicon layers of the transistors and the photosensors are made in a single process, thereby reducing the photomask and manufacturing process.

The method comprises: constructing a merging candidate list of a current picture block; when a number of merging candidates in the merging candidate list is less than a maximum number of candidates minus N, adding at least one history-based motion vector predictor (HMVP) candidate to the merging candidate list to obtain a new merging candidate list, wherein N is a positive integer; obtaining motion information of the current picture block based on the new merging candidate list; and determining a predicted block of the current picture block based on the motion information of the current picture block.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device, and belongs to the field of display technology. The display substrate provided by the present disclosure has a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, and includes a substrate; a plurality of pixel circuits on the substrate and in the display area; and a plurality of dummy pixel circuits on the substrate and in the peripheral area; wherein the number of transistors in each dummy pixel circuit is smaller than the number of transistors in each pixel circuit. Because the number of the transistors in the dummy pixel circuit is smaller than the number of the transistors in the pixel circuit, space occupied by the dummy pixel circuit in the peripheral area can be reduced, thereby facilitating realization of a display device with a narrow bezel.
Abstract: A light emitting device controls its mixed CCT by the configuration of at least one light emitter, at least one diode and at least two power distribution components. The present disclosure is mainly based on the hardware design of diode and jumper, which effectively replaces the resistors and manual switches of the conventional light emitting device with diodes, wherein the resistors and the manual switches of the conventional light emitting device cause voltage instability and other problems. The present disclosure can achieve the demand for miniaturization of the light emitting device by plugging the jumper into pins, and further can achieve the main advantages of stabilizing the voltage of the overall light emitting device, thereby stabilizing the luminous performance of the overall light emitting device, and emitting the mixed light with the required CCT. The present disclosure also illustrates a lamp assembly using the aforementioned light emitting device.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a manner of avoiding excessive latency and resource consumption due to exhaustive beam searching and pairing for finding an appropriate bi-directional beam pair combination with manageable mutual interference to enable point-to-point FD transmission. Aspects of the present disclosure also provide a solution for enabling multi-user transmission where one or all UEs are with FD capability and the cross-UE interference raised from FD transmission are measured and taken into account during multi-user pairing.
Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method, apparatus, apparatus, and storage medium for reposting. In a method of reposting, a repost prompt for reposting a post is presented to the first user in response to determining that a predetermined repost condition is satisfied. The predetermined repost condition includes at least one of the following: the post has been previously reposted by the second user and the first and second users have an association; the number of times that the first user completely views the post exceeds a first threshold number; a positive evaluation of the post provided by the first user. The method further comprises causing the post to be reposted in response to a request by the first user. In this way, it is possible to provide an easy, efficient and flexible mechanism of reposting, which simplifies user operation and improves user experience.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for pre-starting a cloud application, a device, a storage medium, and a program product are provided. The method includes: installing a cloud application; in response to determining that the cloud application is provided with a pre-starting switch, pre-starting the cloud application, and rendering a running screen of the cloud application; and sending, in response to receiving a startup instruction of the cloud application sent by a user, the running screen to the user. This implementation provides more cloud application scenarios.
Abstract: A parameter identification method and a parameter identification apparatus for a wind turbine generator are provided, in which the parameter identification method includes: controlling the generator to no-load start and shut down by adjusting a blade angle; acquiring operating data of the generator in a duration from no-load start to shutdown of the generator; and determining parameters of the generator based on the acquired operating data of the generator.

Abstract: A tandem cell is provided in the present disclosure, which relates to the technical field of photovoltaics, so as to form a functional layer with high film ordering on a bottom cell, thereby improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of the tandem cell. The tandem cell includes: a bottom cell with a textured surface; a hole transport layer formed on the textured surface of the bottom cell; a second ordered induction layer and a perovskite absorption layer formed on the hole transport layer, the second ordered induction layer being located between the hole transport layer and the perovskite absorption layer; and a transparent conductive layer formed on the perovskite absorption layer. An inducing material contained in the second ordered induction layer is organic ammonium salt or inorganic lead compound. The tandem cell according to the present disclosure is a tandem cell with a perovskite solar cell as a top cell.
