Abstract: In the communications system, a user equipment UE accesses a core network via a first network-side device by using a first air interface and connects to the first network-side device via a second network-side device by using a second air interface to access the core network. The method includes: acquiring, by the network-side device, an input parameter; calculating, by the network-side device, an access stratum root key KeNB* according to the input parameter and an access stratum root key KeNB on the first air interface, or using, by the network-side device, the KeNB as the KeNB*; and generating, by the second network-side device, an access stratum key on the second air interface according to the KeNB*, or sending, by the first network-side device, the KeNB* to the second network-side device.

Abstract: A method can be used for facilitating a random access procedure between a first transceiver and a second transceiver within a cell. The first transceiver selects a signature sequence from a set of signature sequences, incorporates the signature sequence into a signal, and transmits the signal to the second transceiver. The set of signature sequences being obtained from a sequence with zero correlation zone.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure pertain to systems and methods for multiplexing of low latency and latency tolerant communications. When low latency traffic pre-empts latency tolerant traffic in a first interval, the pre-empted low latency traffic can be transmitted in a subsequent interval. There are multiple designs disclosed for notifying UE that are affected by the pre-emption events. The various designs include implicit or explicit notification that can be semi-static or dynamic. Examples of the notification include notification of that a pre-emption event occurs, notification of the location of the pre-emption event, notification of whether a supplementary transmission will occur and notification of the location of the supplementary transmission.

Abstract: A method and neural network system for human-computer interaction, and user equipment are disclosed. According to the method for human-computer interaction, a natural language question and a knowledge base are vectorized, and an intermediate result vector that is based on the knowledge base and that represents a similarity between a natural language question and a knowledge base answer is obtained by means of vector calculation, and then a fact-based correct natural language answer is obtained by means of calculation according to the question vector and the intermediate result vector. By means of this method, a dialog and knowledge base-based question-answering are combined by means of vector calculation, so that natural language interaction can be performed with a user, and a fact-based correct natural language answer can be given according to the knowledge base.

Abstract: Coding sub-channel selection involves, in an embodiment, determining, from sub-channels that are defined by a code and that have associated reliabilities for input bits at input bit positions, a first number of the sub-channels to carry bits that are to be encoded. A second number of the sub-channels, greater than the first number, are selected. The second number of sub-channels are selected to provide exactly the first number sub-channels to be available to carry the bits that are to be encoded.

Abstract: A method for processing a write request is disclosed, the method includes: determining, by an IO scheduler, that current IO scheduling is in a blocked state; selecting, by the IO scheduler, a target synchronous write request from to-be-processed IO requests; adding, by the IO scheduler, an acceleration flag to the target synchronous write request, where the acceleration flag is used to instruct a flash memory controller to perform acceleration processing on the target synchronous write request by using idle space of a flash memory; after the flash memory controller receives, from the IO scheduler, the target synchronous write request, determining, by the flash memory controller, a size of the idle space of the flash memory; and when the size of the idle space of the flash memory is greater than a threshold, performing, by the flash memory controller, acceleration processing on the target synchronous write request.

Abstract: A data communication method, a communication system, and related devices are configured to establish a transaction identifier (TI) in a user equipment (UE). The data communication method includes the following steps. A mobility management entity (MME) receives a request message and obtains ability information of the UE. If the UE has an ability to access a Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network/GSM/EDGE Radio Access Network (UTRAN/GERAN), the MME generates the TI. A communication system and related devices are also provided. Thus, the TI is effectively established in the UE, so as to ensure normal processing of the UE.

Abstract: A cell selection method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: performing, by a terminal, cell measurement; obtaining, by the terminal, cell selection auxiliary information; and performing, by the terminal, cell selection or cell reselection according to a cell measurement result and the cell selection auxiliary information. By using the method, the terminal can select a more suitable cell.

Abstract: Methods and devices for assigning sounding reference signals (SRS) resources to UEs in a wireless communication network are provided. Configuration information is sent to a UE, the configuration information pertaining to a first sequence identifier (ID) to be used by the UE to generate a plurality of SRS sequences to be sent by the UE as at least part of a first SRS. Each SRS sequence of the plurality of SRS sequences is a function of a respective SRS sequence root that is a function of the first sequence ID. The first sequence ID may be a UE-specific sequence ID that is a function of a UE-specific ID associated with the UE, such as a Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI).

Abstract: Embodiment of the present invention discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for establishing a security context and relates to the communications field, so as to comprehensively protect UE data. The method includes: acquiring an encryption algorithm of an access node; acquiring a root key and deriving, according to the root key and the encryption algorithm, an encryption key of the access node; sending the encryption key and the encryption algorithm to the access node, so that the access node starts downlink encryption and uplink decryption; sending the encryption algorithm of the access node to the UE so as to negotiate the encryption algorithm with the UE; and instructing the access node to start downlink encryption and uplink decryption and instructing, during algorithm negotiation, the UE to start downlink decryption and uplink encryption. The present invention mainly applies to SCC security protection.

Abstract: A speech coding method of reducing error propagation due to voice packet loss, is achieved by limiting or reducing a pitch gain only for the first subframe or the first two subframes within a speech frame, the excitation of a next frame is obtained according to the reduced or limited pitch gain value of the first subframe, and the next frame is encoded according to the obtained excitation. The method is used for a voiced speech class.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fiber splice and distribution apparatus and a fiber splice and distribution frame. The fiber splice and distribution apparatus includes a housing and a splice tray connected to the housing, where multiple first adapters are provided at one end of the housing; a movable plate is provided at the other end of the housing, an adapter mounting hole is provided on the movable plate, the adapter mounting hole is configured to mount a second adapter, and the movable plate is detachably connected to the housing. When the movable plate is connected to the housing of the fiber splice and distribution apparatus, distribution may be performed for different types of adapters by using a branch jumper. When the movable plate is detached, the pigtail may be spliced to an external optical cable. The fiber splice and distribution module has relatively rich functions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method, related device, and system for an optical transport network. The data processing method for the optical transport network includes: encapsulating service data into an optical payload unit; mapping the optical payload unit to an optical channel data unit; mapping the optical channel data unit to a payload area of an optical burst transport unit; performing electrical-optical conversion on the optical burst transport unit to form an optical burst transport unit; carrying the optical burst transport unit onto an optical timeslot of an optical burst channel; and transmitting the optical burst channel to a line. Technical solutions provided by the present invention can effectively simplify a data processing process and reduce a data processing delay.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for sharing a storage resource, where storage resources of a hard disk and a storage array are divided into multiple storage partitions and the multiple storage partitions form a shared storage resource pool, a read-write control module is allocated to each storage partition, and global partition information is generated to record a correspondence between each storage partition in the shared storage resource pool and the read-write control module. The embodiments of the present invention implement fast and simple integration of heterogeneous storage resources, and therefore can efficiently use various storage resources, save cost, and avoid a resource waste.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for accessing an endpoint device in a computer system and a computer system. According to the present invention, an endpoint proxy device establishes a correspondence between a first address, of an endpoint device, in the computing subsystem and a second address, of the endpoint device, in the management subsystem, and when receiving a first access request sent by a management controller to the endpoint device, generates, according to the correspondence, a second access request that carries the first address, of the endpoint device, in the computing subsystem, and sends the second access request to the endpoint device. Therefore, an endpoint device access request of the management controller is sent to the endpoint device, an operation does not need to depend on an operating system, and maintainability in managing the endpoint device is improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a data transmission method and a base station, the method includes: determining, by a base station according to channel state information CSI, a transmission path for forwarding first data to a first terminal, where if the base station determines that the first data needs to be forwarded by at least one small cell to the first terminal, the transmission path includes a path from the base station to a small cell and a path from the small cell to the first terminal; and sending, by the base station according to the transmission path, a first data frame to the first terminal via the at least one small cell. In the present invention, a macro base station performs centralized scheduling, and performs unified encapsulation according to a scheduled transmission path, thereby effectively simplifying processing by a forwarding node and reducing a delay.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for managing a terminal device in a PON network. When a layer 3 network between an OLT and an ONU is disconnected, a layer 2 channel is established between the OLT and the ONU by extending an OAM protocol, and the ONU is managed by using the layer 2 channel. In this way, maintenance personnel do not need to go to a site to perform commissioning, and therefore, maintenance costs can be reduced.

Abstract: There is disclosed a system for transmitting data to users. The system includes nodes interconnected by at least one data network. The nodes are organized hierarchically to comprise a root node and at least two child nodes. The data transmission characteristics of communication with each of the child nodes are different. The root node is configured to: receive data transmission preferences of a particular user; receive data to be transmitted to the particular user; and transmit a selected subset of the data to at least one of the child nodes. The subset selected based on at least the received data transmission preferences and the data transmission characteristics, to permit the particular user to obtain data from the child nodes according to the data transmission preferences. The at least one of the child nodes being configured to: receive data from the root node; and transmit at least part of the received data to the user.

Abstract: A data backup method and apparatus, a data restoration method and apparatus, and a server are presented. The backup method includes the following steps of obtaining, by a backup server, an original differential bitmap of a first target volume; obtaining valid data in each fixed-length data block from the first target volume according to the original differential bitmap; saving a bitmap corresponding to a fixed-length data block including the valid data to a fixed-length volume bitmap file of the fixed-length data block according to the original differential bitmap; and saving the valid data in the fixed-length data block to a fixed-length volume file of the fixed-length data block. According to the foregoing solution, only valid data is transmitted, an amount of data transmitted between the production end and the server can be reduced, a transmission speed can be increased, and storage space can be saved.

Abstract: A Transparent Interconnection of Lots of Links (TRILL) network establishing method, node, and system. The TRILL network establishing method includes: receiving, by a first node, a Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) packet, where an optional type-length-value (TLV) field of the LLDP packet includes TRILL capability information of a second node that sends the LLDP packet; and if it is determined, according to the TRILL capability information, that the second node has a TRILL capability, and the first node itself also has the TRILL capability, configuring, by the first node, a port, through which the LLDP packet is received, of the first node, to have a TRILL function enabled. The node in embodiments of the present invention can automatically enable or disable the TRILL function, so as to implement automatic establishment of a TRILL network.
