Abstract: An SR-IOV-supported storage resource access method is disclosed, the method includes: consolidating a storage medium as a unified storage resource, and dividing the unified storage resource into multiple storage sub-resources; allocating the storage sub-resources to at least one of a PF or a VF according to a preset allocation rule, and maintaining a resource allocation table including a mapping relationship between the storage sub-resources and at least one of PF or VF; receiving a host command sent by a virtual machine to a destination VF or by a virtual machine monitor to a destination PF; and searching the resource allocation table according to destination VF or destination PF, and performing, on a storage sub-resource corresponding to destination PF or destination VF and according to the mapping relationship between the storage sub-resources and the PF or the VF in the resource allocation table, an operation corresponding to the host command.

Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a multimedia broadcast multicast service are disclosed. A base station sends to a user equipment device position information of specific radio frames in a time unit, and position information of a specific subframe in each of the specific radio frames in the time unit. The time unit includes 2M radio frames, and the specific radio frames are two or more of the 2M radio frames comprised in the time unit, where M is a nonnegative integer. The base station sends the multimedia broadcast multicast service carried in the specific subframe.

Abstract: A controller transmits a data packet to a node in a source routed forwarding network having a plurality of nodes configured to transfer data packets to one another via a plurality of links. The data packet includes a header. The header includes a source routed hop list defining a path of the data packet. The data packet is associated with a flow of data packets from a source to one or more destinations. The hop list includes a sub-tree identifier indicative of a multicast sub-tree.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for acquiring an Internet Protocol (IP) address by a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) client. The method includes generating, by a controller, a first DHCP discover packet, forwarding, by the controller, the first DHCP discover packet to a DHCP server through a switch so that the DHCP server generates a DHCP offer packet, and sends the DHCP offer packet to the switch, receiving, by the controller, the DHCP offer packet and port information of the switch to communicate with the DHCP server, wherein the DHCP offer packet and the port are reported by the switch, acquiring address information of the DHCP server, and generating, by the controller according to the address information and the port, a forwarding rule for forwarding from the switch to the DHCP server, to assist the DHCP client in acquiring an IP address of the DHCP client.

Abstract: In the communications system, a user equipment UE accesses a core network via a first network-side device by using a first air interface and connects to the first network-side device via a second network-side device by using a second air interface to access the core network. The method includes: acquiring, by the network-side device, an input parameter; calculating, by the network-side device, an access stratum root key KeNB* according to the input parameter and an access stratum root key KeNB on the first air interface, or using, by the network-side device, the KeNB as the KeNB*; and generating, by the second network-side device, an access stratum key on the second air interface according to the KeNB*, or sending, by the first network-side device, the KeNB* to the second network-side device.

Abstract: A method, a system and a device for maintaining user service continuity are provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The method includes prohibiting a UE from accessing a forbidden network before handover is complete when the UE needs to perform network handover if the UE adopts a SIM access technology, thus avoiding service interruption of a SIM user due to access to an incorrect network. A system and a device for maintaining user service continuity are provided in an embodiment of the present invention.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for transferring a context and a mobility management entity. When S1 handover occurs on an RN, the method includes: acquiring, by a source MME to which a UE is attached, an indicator for transferring a context of the UE, where the UE is a UE served by the RN when the S1 handover occurs; and transferring, by the source MME to which the UE is attached, the context of the UE to a target MME according to the indicator for transferring the context of the UE, so that the target MME acquires security information of the UE according to the context of the UE, where the target MME is an MME to which the UE needs to be attached in the handover process.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for a wireless device to receive data in an eco state is provided. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, upon determining that data is to be transmitted to the wireless device in the eco state, a network node operates to transmit a unicast notification message to the wireless device in order to inform the wireless device of the impending data transmission. According to another embodiment of the disclosure, in response to receiving the unicast notification message, the wireless device operates to receive the data in accordance with the unicast notification message. To this end, the wireless device might for example try to receive data for a time period following the unicast notification message. Meanwhile, the wireless device may remain in the eco state.

Abstract: A method for extending life of a storage system, wherein a storage controller determines a source solid-state disk (SSD) in a disk group with a capacity usage ratio greater than an average capacity usage ratio of the disk group. The capacity usage ratio of the source SSD is a ratio of a used capacity of the source SSD to an available capacity of the source SSD. The storage controller selects at least one destination SSD in the disk group with a capacity usage ratio less than the average capacity usage ratio of the disk group. And then the storage controller calculates an amount of data to be migrated from the source SSD, based on the capacity usage ratio of the source SSD and the average capacity usage ratio. At last, the storage controller migrates the data to be migrated from the source SSD to the one or more destination SSDs.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a communication node for suppressing output noises of peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) devices in optical fiber communication is provided. The communication node includes a PCIe chip and a detection and control circuit connected to a transmitting end of the PCIe chip. The PCIe chip transmits an electrical signal by a transmitter of a first lane. The detection and control circuit detects a differential-mode voltage of the electrical signal. If the differential-mode voltage is lower than a first threshold, the detection and control circuit controls an optical module connected to the PCIe chip not to transmit an optical signal through the first lane of the optical module. When a PCIe system includes the communication node, output noises of the transmitter is suppressed, and a normal optical fiber communication link is ensured.

Abstract: A laser includes a substrate and a resonant cavity. In addition to an active gain region, a first phase shift region, an optical branching region, and N reflective mode selection regions, the resonant cavity further includes a highly reflective surface, where a reflectivity of the highly reflective surface is greater than reflectivities of the N reflective mode selection regions, so that laser beams are output from the N reflective mode selection regions. Because the laser naturally includes at least two reflective mode selection regions, at least two laser beams are output. According to the laser provided by the embodiments of the present invention, one laser can output two laser beams or even multiple laser beams; therefore, laser beam generation efficiency is high and average costs for generating a single laser beam are accordingly reduced.

An embodiment method of detecting active resource units among a plurality of potential resource units includes receiving an aggregate signal containing active pilots transmitted over the active resource units via random access transmissions. The active pilots are then detected and respectively associated with the active resource units according to a pilot-to-resource unit mapping.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-channel array distortion compensation apparatus and method. The apparatus determines, according to a status of a first indication signal, whether to trigger a signal compensation operation; determines, according to a status of a second indication signal, a first adjustment condition is met, compares power of a received signal with a power threshold, and if the power of the received signal is greater than the threshold power, compensates the received signal according to a first adjustment factor; and if the status of the second indication signal does not meet the first adjustment condition, determines the status of the second indication signal meets a second adjustment condition, performs auxiliary compensation according to a second adjustment factor. By compensating signal distortion caused by chip stacking for a received signal, this reduces costs for implementing a multi-channel array system without the need to increase system complexity.

Abstract: An optical transceiver using a modulator biased to a non-linear region of the modulator's power transfer function can extend the possible transmission distance of intensity modulated direct detection (IMDD) n-level pulse amplitude modulated (PAM-n) signals. A non-linear look-up-table may compensate for non-linear characteristics of the modulator. An adaptive decision threshold look-up-table may be used to provide adaptive decision levels at the receiver.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for distributing information in a graphic code. The method includes acquiring an identification code in a selected graphic code; when the identification code does not exist, sending to a server a first update request including the identification code; receiving first response information fed back by the server; starting, according to the application program identifier in the first response information, an application program corresponding to the application program identifier. When an identification code of a graphic code does not exist in an electronic device, an application program identifier corresponding to the identification code is requested from a server, and an application program corresponding to the application program identifier is started. So a probability that information in a graphic code can be successfully processed is relatively high, and a success rate of identifying a graphic code is improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a service processing method, device and system. The method includes: receiving a service packet, and searching, according to a service identity in the service packet, a service routing table corresponding to the service packet, where the service identity represents a service to be processed by the service packet; and the service routing table includes a service label used to represent a service feature in the service, and a routing path for processing the service feature; and setting the service label in the service packet according to the service routing table, and sending, according to the routing path, the service packet to a service processing device configured to process the service feature corresponding to the service label, so that the service processing device processes the service feature corresponding to the service label. The present invention reduces an impact on an original service and improves scalability.

Abstract: A system and method for obfuscating an optical signal is disclosed. Obfuscating the optical signal may make it more difficult for the optical signal to be detected by an interloper. In one embodiment, an optical signal is received at an optical transmitter, and an obfuscated optical signal is generated by performing a modification of the received optical signal. The obfuscated optical signal is then transmitted from the optical transmitter to an optical receiver. An at least partially deobfuscated optical signal is generated at the optical receiver by performing a modification of the obfuscated optical signal. The modification performed at the optical receiver corresponds to the modification performed at the optical transmitter.
