  • Patent number: 10848376
Abstract: A network device receives multi-destination packets from a first node and forwards at least a first of the multi-destination packets to another network device using a first multi-destination tree with respect to the network device. The network device detects that a link associated with the first multi-destination tree satisfies one or more criteria and, in response to detecting that the link satisfies the one or more criteria, selects a second multi-destination tree with respect to the network device. The network device forwards at least a second of the multi-destination packets to the other network device using the second multi-destination tree.

  • Patent number: 10848703
Abstract: A CMOS image sensor comprises an array of pixels. A column of the pixel array is coupled to a readout column. The readout column is couple to a readout circuitry (RC) that reads out image data from the pixel array. The RC comprises two sampling switches which are coupled to a 2-column successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The 2-column SAR ADC comprises a differential comparator, a local SAR control, and two digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The two sampling switches are coupled between two readout columns and two inputs of the differential comparator, respectively. An image readout method reads two pixels with three conversions through the RC. The RC is operated by the local SAR control to set the two DACs based on comparator output, and upon which a reset digital value is obtained and stored. An overall reduced algorithm calculation is achieved herein.

  • Patent number: 10847212
Abstract: A read and write data processing apparatus and method associated with computational memory cells formed as a memory/processing array provides the ability for selected write data in a bit line section to be logically combined (e.g. logically ANDed) with the read result on a read bit line, as if the write data were the read data output of another computational memory cell being read during the read operation. When accumulation logic is implemented in the bit line sections, the implementation and utilization of additional read logic circuitry provides a mechanism for selected write data in a bit line section to be used as the data with which the read result on the read bit line accumulates, before the newly accumulated result is captured and stored in the bit line section's read register.

  • Patent number: 10846149
Abstract: A context management service provides historical context information describing the state of a computer system at a particular time to an event processing service. When an event is received by the event processing service, the event processing service determines, based at least in part on the event, a point in time for which context information is desired. The event processing service requests the desired context information from the context management service. The context management service produces a context snapshot that describes the state of the computer system at the determined point in time, and provides the context snapshot to the event processing service. The event processing service is able to use the context information to process the event in accordance with the state of the computer system at the determined point in time.

  • Patent number: 10846691
Abstract: Techniques for a secure and flexible distributed job processing between a transaction network of a service provider and a processing endpoint of an entity are described. In an example, a transaction instrument may be used for a transaction and may be registered with the processing endpoint based on a transaction account. The transaction network may store an ownership object associating a token corresponding to the transaction instrument, a user identifier unique to a user account, and a provider identifier unique to the transaction account. The transaction network may identify a membership status of the user account and may customize the transaction based on this status. The transaction, as customized, may be completed by sending the provider identifier and data about the customization to the processing endpoint.

  • Patent number: 10846955
Abstract: An improved black box data recorder for use with autonomous driving vehicles (AVD). In one embodiment, two cyclic buffers are provided to record vehicle sensors data. A first cyclic buffer records raw vehicle sensor data on a volatile memory, while a second cyclic buffer records the same vehicle sensor data, as compressed data, on a non-volatile memory. In a case of a collision or near collision, in one embodiment the buffers are flushed into a non-volatile (NV) storage for retrieval. As long as there is no power interruption, the raw vehicle sensor data will be accessible from the NV storage. If a power interruption occurs, the raw vehicle sensor data held in the volatile memory of the first cyclic buffer will be lost and only the compressed form of the vehicle sensor data from the NV second cyclic buffer will survive and be accessible.

  • Patent number: 10848423
Abstract: The following description is directed to configuring gateways in computer networks. For example, a method includes receiving a first request from a client associated with a configurable network. The first request can request associating a set of network addresses assigned to the configurable network to a gateway. A second request can be received from a client associated with the gateway. The second request can request accepting the association of the first request. It can be determined that the set of network addresses do not overlap with a network address space that is accessible using the gateway. Routing information can be generated for the gateway. The generated routing information can be used to configure the gateway for forwarding network packets between the client private network and the configurable network.

  • Patent number: 10845401
Abstract: Nonlinear distortion of a device under test (DUT) is detected by obtaining measurements of a multi-tone input signal from a signal generator to a DUT, to obtain a measured multi-tone input signal. Measurements are also obtained of a multi-tone output signal from the DUT that is generated based on the multi-tone input signal, to obtain a measured multi-tone output signal. A correlated part of the measured multi-tone output signal that is correlated with the measured multi-tone input signal is determined insofar as the correlated part corresponds to a frequency response function of the DUT.

  • Patent number: 10846163
Abstract: Described herein is a hybrid approach to error reporting, using a combination of hardware and software, for peripheral component interconnect (PCI) express devices. The device hardware detects an error on a packet, where the packet is for a transaction and received from a host computer. Upon detecting the error, the device hardware generates an interrupt that is processed in software. In certain embodiments, the software based processing involves determining, based on the packet, that the transaction is directed to an address space of an emulated configuration register. The software based processing further involves identifying a function as being associated with the error, determining attributes associated with the error, and storing the attributes and an identifier associated with the function in a location available to the device hardware, thereby enabling the device hardware to report the attributes and identifier to the host computer.
