Abstract: A stereo encoding method and apparatus, and a stereo decoding method and apparatus are disclosed. The stereo encoding method includes: performing downmix processing on a left channel signal of a current frame and a right channel signal of the current frame, to obtain a primary channel signal of the current frame and a secondary channel signal of the current frame; and when determining that a frame structure similarity value falls within a frame structure similarity interval, performing differential encoding on a pitch period of the secondary channel signal by using an estimated pitch period value of the primary channel signal, to obtain a pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal, where the pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal is used to generate a to-be-sent stereo encoded bitstream.
Abstract: A data storage method and apparatus includes receiving a data write request, where the data write request carries to-be-written data, and the to-be-written data includes at least one data block; calculating a fingerprint of each data block, where the fingerprint uniquely identifies the data block; determining whether the fingerprint of each data block exists in a fingerprint list, where the fingerprint list includes a fingerprint corresponding to a data block stored in a high-speed storage medium and a fingerprint corresponding to a data block stored in a low-speed storage medium; and performing a deduplication operation on the to-be-written data.
Abstract: A method for executing computation, a computing device, a computing system, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: confirming, via a compiler, whether there is a call instruction related to a thread block modification request in a kernel function to be compiled; in response to confirming that there is the call instruction related to the thread block modification request in the kernel function to be compiled, determining a corresponding program segment associated with the call instruction; configuring a required thread block and thread local register for the corresponding program segment; and inserting a control instruction into the corresponding program segment to enable the thread block configured for the corresponding program segment to execute relevant computation of the corresponding program segment, and an unconfigured thread block not to execute the relevant computation. The disclosure can improve overall performance, make coding and maintenance easy and reduce error rate of code.
Abstract: In some embodiments, a video encoder or a video decoder obtains a pair of motion vectors for a current coding block of a video signal with respect to two reference frames. Predictions of the current block are generated using the pair of motion vectors from respective reference frames. The video encoder or video decoder further determine an optical flow for the current coding block based on samples values in the predictions. One component of the optical flow is determined based on the other component of the optical flow. Bi-predictive optical flow (BPOF) can be performed on the current coding block using the determined optical flow.

Abstract: The present application discloses a LiDAR, which includes a base including a bearing surface, an adjusting structure located on the bearing surface, and a laser transceiving module including a plurality of laser transceiving devices. A galvanometer module of the LiDAR is fixed on the bearing surface. Each laser transceiving device is fixed on the adjusting structure, respectively. Each laser transceiving device is able to generate an outgoing laser emitted to the galvanometer module, respectively. The adjusting structure is configured so that each of the laser transceiving devices has a corresponding distance from the bearing surface, and therefore, the outgoing lasers generated by each of the laser transceiving devices form a preset laser detection field of view outside the LiDAR.
Abstract: A tidal current energy generating device includes a generator, a connecting shaft, an impeller and an adjustment assembly. The impeller includes an impeller hub and an impeller blade arranged thereon. The impeller hub is connected with the connecting shaft, and the generator is connected with the impeller hub. The impeller blade is driven under the action of a tidal current to drive the impeller hub to rotate synchronously around an axis of the connecting shaft, driving the generator to generate electricity. The adjustment assembly is connected with the impeller blade, and can be driven to swing under the action of the tidal current to drive the impeller blade to rotate around the axis of the impeller blade relative to the impeller hub, thereby adjusting the angle of the impeller blade.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium, to resolve a prior-art problem that data sending or data receiving of a terminal device is delayed. The method includes: if no monitoring occasion of a wake-up signal exists in a first time window, or a first time window includes no monitoring occasion of a wake-up signal in at least one search space set configured for a terminal device, monitoring a physical downlink control channel within an on duration time period of a discontinuous reception DRX state, where the first time window is a time window for monitoring the wake-up signal, the wake-up signal indicates the terminal device to monitor the physical downlink control channel within the on duration time period, and the first time window is prior to the on duration time period.

Abstract: This application provides a photovoltaic system and a maximum power point tracking control method for a photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic system includes an MPPT controller and a power converter, and the MPPT controller is connected to the power converter. The MPPT controller is configured to: be connected to a photovoltaic array, and track a global maximum power point MPP of the photovoltaic array. The MPPT controller may be further configured to obtain, when there is a periodic shade for the photovoltaic array, a multi-peak search start moment of global MPPT of the photovoltaic array based on a status of tracking the global MPP of the photovoltaic array in a target time period, so that when the multi-peak search start moment in each MPPT period arrives, the global MPPT of the photovoltaic array is started, to output a working point of the global MPP of the photovoltaic array to the power converter.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a saturable absorber mirror of a composite structure, including: a substrate; a buffer layer on the substrate; a distributed Bragg reflective mirror on the buffer layer; a quantum dot or quantum well saturable absorber body on the distributed Bragg reflective mirror; a graphene saturable absorber body on the quantum dot or quantum well saturable absorber body. In the present disclosure, the graphene saturable absorber body is composited with the quantum dot saturable absorber body or the quantum well saturable absorber body to be used as the saturable absorber body in the saturable absorber mirror of the present disclosure. A thermal damage threshold and an optical property stability of the saturable absorber body are improved, and an ultrafast laser pulse with high power and short pulse mode locking, a stable output repetition cycle, a narrow pulse width, and a short response time is implemented.
Abstract: A health monitoring device having gas detection function is disclosed. The health monitoring device includes a main body. The main body has at least one inlet and at least one outlet, and includes a gas detection module. The gas detection module includes a piezoelectric actuator and at least one sensor. Gas is inhaled into the main body through the inlet by the piezoelectric actuator, is discharged out through the outlet, and is transported to the at least one sensor to be detected so as to obtain gas information.
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for securing electronic control units (ECUs) in a vehicle. A security platform for a vehicle includes a key distribution center (KDC) for the vehicle. The KDC is configured to verify that a digital certificate associated with a first electronic control unit (ECU) on the vehicle is a valid certificate, where the digital certificate indicates a first security level of the first ECU. The KDC is configured to generate, based on the first security level of the first ECU, one or more security keys for secure communication between the first ECU and a set of ECUs on the vehicle, and provision the one or more security keys to the first ECU and the set of ECUs. In some embodiments, the KDC uses the provisioned keys to authenticate each ECU when the vehicle is powered up.
