Abstract: An ion implanter including a beam generation device that generates an ion beam, based on an implantation recipe, a plurality of measurement devices that measure beam currents of the ion beam, and a control device. The control device acquires a data set including the beam currents and an implantation parameter in the implantation recipe, and evaluates measurement validity of the beam currents of the ion beam by using the model. The implantation parameter may be one of ion species, beam energy, a beam current, a beam size, a wafer tilt angle, a wafer twist angle and an average dose. The model may be built based on a plurality of past data sets acquired during a plurality of implantation process based on the implantation recipe.

The display substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of pixel driving circuits; a first conductive layer; a first planarization layer; and a second conductive layer; the second conductive layer includes a first conductive portion, the first conductive portion includes a closed annular portion, which is separated from at least one conductive portion adjacent thereto, each light emitting element groups includes a first light emitting element, the first light emitting element includes a first anode, and an orthographic projection of the first anode overlaps with an orthographic projection of the closed annular portion; the plurality of conductive portions further include a second conductive portion adjacent to the first conductive portion, and an orthographic projection of the second conductive portion on the base substrate overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first anode on the base substrate.
Abstract: In a method to decode signals, a computing device decodes spectral coefficients of a current frame are grouped into a plurality of sub-bands. The computing device classifies a sub-band as a bit allocation unsaturated sub-band based on an average quantity of allocated bits per spectral coefficient of a sub-band of the plurality of sub-bands and a threshold. The computing device obtains a noise filling gain based on an envelope of the sub-band, and obtains a reconstructed spectral coefficient of the sub-band by performing noise filling based on the noise filling gain. The computing device then obtains a frequency domain audio signal based on spectral coefficients in the sub-band obtained by decoding and the reconstructed spectral coefficient.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware. A plant cellulose material containing dregs of Scutellaria baicalensis is modified to obtain a modified plant fiber starch blank. Konjac gum is subjected to pulverization and ultrafine pulverization to obtain a colloidal binder combined with a deacetylated konjac gum. The colloidal binder is mixed with the modified plant fiber starch blank to obtain a mixture. The mixture is subjected to foam molding in a forming mold to obtain the low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware.
Abstract: Disclosed is a circuit for converting a temperature change amount into a voltage change amount in a motor drive system, including a positive temperature change rate voltage generation module, a circuit bias module, and a temperature detection module that are integrated on a same substrate. An external power supply voltage is processed by the positive temperature change rate voltage generation module and the circuit bias module, and then inputted to the temperature detection module. The temperature detection module detects in real time the temperature change amount in the motor drive system, convert the temperature change amount into the voltage change amount, and transfer the voltage change amount to the circuit bias module, to allow the circuit bias module to output the voltage change amount. In this way, the conversion from the temperature change amount into the voltage change amount is realized.
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of vertical automatic storage cabinets and provides a vertical automatic storage cabinet that comprises: a cabinet body; a storage rack provided on an inner wall of the cabinet body; a storage box, detachably provided on the storage rack; a manipulator assembly provided in the transportation space and being configured to grasp the storage box. In this vertical automatic storage cabinet, storage racks are arranged on both sides in the cabinet body, and the manipulator assembly is located in the area between the two storage racks, the storage boxes on both sides can be taken out of the cabinet body by the manipulator assembly in the middle.
Abstract: A polyester polyol is synthesized through an esterification reaction with a sebacic acid by-product fatty acid as a raw material; wherein the sebacic acid by-product fatty acid is refined from a by-product produced during preparing a sebacic acid from a castor oil; the sebacic acid by-product fatty acid includes, in weight percentage: a palmitic acid 15-25%, a stearic acid 10-16%, an oleic acid 45-57%, and a linoleic acid 12-28%. A method for preparing the polyester polyol is provided, as well as a polyurethane controlled-release fertilizer envelope and a polyurethane controlled-release fertilizer. The sebacic acid by-product fatty acid is used as a raw material to synthesize the polyester polyol because of a low price. The prepared fertilizer has excellent envelope and controlled-release performance, product structure performance is stable, cost performance is high, and degradation performance is sufficient after being applied to soil.
Abstract: Disclosed are a backlight module, a display device structure and a display device. The backlight module includes a light source plate and an optical film sequentially arranged. The backlight module further includes a light-transmitting magnetic structure provided between the light source plate and the optical film. A magnetic support force from the light source plate towards the optical film is formed in the light-transmitting magnetic structure, the light-transmitting magnetic structure is partially formed on the optical film, and the magnetic support force is configured to support the optical film.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a region information processing method and apparatus, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence in computer technologies. The specific implementation is: acquiring a first distance between a first region and a second region, a first object set included in the first region, and a second object set included in the second region; determining spatial dependency information between the first region and the second region according to the first distance; determining object dependency information between the first region and the second region according to the first object set and the second object set; and determining a symbiosis between the first region and the second region according to the spatial dependency information and the object dependency information.
Abstract: A method and an apparatus of processing traffic data, a device, a medium and a product are provided. The method of processing traffic data includes: acquiring initial traffic data for a vehicle, wherein the initial traffic data includes current position information of the vehicle, position information of a plurality of traffic objects and feature information; determining a relative positional relationship between the current position information of the vehicle and the position information of the plurality of traffic objects; and processing the initial traffic data based on at least one of the feature information and the relative positional relationship to acquire at least one traffic data set, so as to navigate the vehicle based on the at least one traffic data set.

Abstract: Provided is a technology of estimating a bending stiffness variation of a tire and estimating a tread wear amount of a tire using the same. A tire wear measuring apparatus wear includes a signal receiver configured to measure acceleration inside the tire with respect to an axial direction, which is a radial direction of the tire, for each point inside the tire, a signal analyzer configured to receive signal information from the signal receiver and estimate a tread wear rate of the tire by calculating a bending stiffness variation rate of the tire using axial acceleration inside the tire, a transmitter configured to receive and transmit analysis information, which is information on the tread wear rate of the tire, from the signal analyzer, and a control module configured to receive the analysis information from the transmitter and generate a control signal for a vehicle to which the tire is installed.

Abstract: A touch display device is provided. At least one touch electrode includes a first part corresponding to each of at least one additional function area and a second part corresponding to a normal display area. Length and width of at least one trace of a connecting part between each adjacent two of touch sensing parts in the first part are increased to reduce capacitance difference between the first part and the second part. Areas without any pixel unit in each of the at least one additional function area form light transmissive areas, respectively. Thus, a transmission percentage is increased. Touch and display functions of each of at least one additional function area are ensured to be normal, and the transmission percentage is increased at the same time.
