The method includes steps of: providing a metal foil having an oxide layer formed on an outer surface of the metal foil; forming a surrounding barrier layer onto the oxide layer so as to divide the outer surface of the oxide layer into a first part outer surface and a second part outer surface separated from each other; forming a base layer onto the oxide layer so as to partially encapsulate the oxide layer; cleaning the base layer by a cleaning solution and then drying the base layer; forming a conductive polymer layer onto the base layer; and forming a conductive paste layer onto the conductive polymer layer.

Abstract: A positive-intrinsic-negative (PIN) photosensitive device is provided. A p-type semiconductor layer composed of molybdenum oxide and having valence band energy between valence band energy of an intrinsic semiconductor layer and an upper electrode is used to replace a p-type semiconductor layer used in a conventional PIN photodiode, so that the PIN photodiode may be prepared without using borane gas. More, a difference between valence band energy of the p-type semiconductor layer and the intrinsic semiconductor layer is used to transport holes located in a valence band, so that it is unnecessary to use an active layer of a thin film transistor, so that the PIN photosensitive device may be stacked on the thin film transistor to reduce aperture ratio loss of a display panel.

Abstract: Techniques for processing an image are described herein. The disclosed techniques include a target human body image is acquired, and a skeleton key point data set is determined from the target human body image. Based on the skeleton key point data set, a target region in the target human body image is determined, and for each of pixel points comprised in the target region, performing coordinate transformation is performed on the pixel point, to generate a transformed coordinate of the pixel point. With the embodiment, different coordinate transformations may be performed on pixel points of different regions in the target human body image, thereby improving flexibility of performing the coordinate transformation on the pixel points.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display panel and a manufacturing method of the display panel. By etching a certain amount of a protective layer in a first contact region and in a second contact region, a first via hole and a second via hole expose a surface of an active layer, and a source/drain metal layer is connected to the active layer through the first via hole and the second via hole. The present invention does not use a hydrofluoric acid cleaning machine (HFC) to rinse the protective layer, so a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode are effectively prevented from being etched by hydrofluoric acid (HF). Accordingly, stable thin-film-transistor (TFT) electrical parameters are obtained.

Abstract: A foldable flexible display device, with a design of disposing reinforcing structures on lower surfaces of a support plate, when a front surface of a flexible display device is subjected to an external impact, the reinforcing structures are able to support the sinking flexible display panel and the displacement of the flexible display device is reduced so that the back cover under the support plate is not in contact with the sinking flexible display panel. This can obviously improve the impact condition of the flexible display panel and the impact resistance of the flexible display panel, thereby preventing the flexible display panel failure caused by stress concentration.

Abstract: A method for generating a vector representation of a text includes dividing the text into text segments. Each text segment is represented as a segment vector corresponding to the respective text segment by employing a first-level semantic model. The segment vector is configured to indicate a semantics of the text segment. Text semantics recognition is performed on the segment vector of each text segment by employing a second-level semantic model to obtain a text vector for indicating a topic of the text.

Abstract: An audio processing device for speech recognition is provided, which includes a memory circuit, a power spectrum transfer circuit, and a feature extraction circuit. The power spectrum transfer circuit is coupled to the memory circuit, reads frequency spectrum coefficients of time-domain audio sample data from the memory circuit, generates compressed power parameters by performing a power spectrum transfer processing and a compressing processing according to the frequency spectrum coefficients, and writes the compressed power parameters into the memory circuit. The feature extraction circuit is coupled to the memory circuit, reads the compressed power parameters from the memory circuit, generates an audio feature vector by performing mel-filtering and frequency-to-time transfer processing according to the compressed power parameters. The bit width of the compressed power parameters is less than the bit width of the frequency spectrum coefficients.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and a data transmission apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by an access management network element, information about a connection status of a terminal device in a first network; and processing, by the access management network element, a data transmission procedure of the terminal device in a second network based on the information about the connection status of the terminal device in the first network. When the terminal device needs to transmit data through both the two networks, the method in the embodiments of this application can avoid a problem that the terminal device overuses a resource in either of the networks.
