The method comprises: parsing a first indicator from a bitstream; if the first indicator indicates that a candidate mode used to inter predict the to-be-processed block comprises an affine mode, parsing a second indicator from the bitstream, where the second indicator is used to indicate a maximum length of a first candidate motion vector list, and the first candidate motion vector list is constructed for the to-be-processed block, a subblock merge prediction mode is used for the to-be-processed block; and determining the maximum length of the first candidate motion vector list based on the second indicator.

Abstract: A system and a method for uniformed surface measurement are provided, in which a sensor is provided to perform measurements on a carrier in a polishing machine, and a measuring trajectory of the sensor on the carrier is adjusted by controlling the pivoting of a sensor carrier carrying the sensor and the rotation of a rotating platform in the polishing machine in order to achieve uniformed surface measurements of the carrier and real-time constructions of the surface topography. This allows the polishing state of the carrier to be monitored in real time, thereby improving the efficiency of the polishing process. A sensing apparatus for uniformed surface measurement is also provided.
Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information processing method. The method includes: obtaining first dedicated channel DCH user quantities, first power, and first adaptive multi-rate AMR traffic volumes that respectively correspond to a plurality of phase groups; obtaining a target value corresponding to each of the plurality of phase groups through calculation based on the first DCH user quantities, the first power, and the first AMR traffic volumes that respectively correspond to the plurality of phase groups, where the target value is used to represent a system capacity; determining, based on the target value, the first phase group in the plurality of phase groups; and sending the first phase group to an access network device, where the first phase group is used by the access network device to adjust a phase of a transmission channel by using the first phase group in a current period.

The method comprises: storing the plurality of items in a contiguous space within the memory, executing an instruction containing an address and a size that together identify the contiguous space to transmit the plurality of items from the main memory to a random-access memory (RAM) on a chip, and the chip includes a computing unit comprising a plurality of multipliers; and instructing the computing unit on the chip to: retrieve multiple of the plurality of items from the RAM; and perform a plurality of parallel operations using the plurality of multipliers with the multiple items to yield output data.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transfer learning based capsule endoscopic images classification system. The system removes the capsule endoscopic images with an average brightness value beyond the preset threshold, and removes the capsule endoscopic images without details based on image brightness standard deviation and image brightness gradient. The system also removes similar images from the capsule endoscopic images using optical flow method, classifies the capsule endoscopic images according to the corresponding anatomical structure, and obtains the classified capsule endoscopic images list arranged in chronological order. The system further determines and labels the position of the first image of each specific anatomical structure in the classified capsule endoscopic images list arranged in chronological order.
Abstract: An irregular-shaped cable and a method for manufacturing the cable. The irregular-shaped cable includes a conductive core formed by at least two conductive core segments having different cross-sectional shapes which are connected end to end. An insulation layer is wrapped over the conductive core segment from the outside, and the profile of the insulation layer fits with the conductive core segments. The cable can be fitted with the vehicle body. Abstract: An optical fingerprint recognition circuit and a display device are provided, which includes a first thin film transistor, a first switching unit, a second switching unit, a reset compensation unit, a storage capacitor, and a photodiode. The reset compensation unit resets a voltage of the gate of the first thin film transistor under the control of a reset signal, and the voltage is set to a sum of a predetermined voltage and a threshold voltage of the first thin film transistor through a reference voltage under the control of the reset signal, thereby compensating the threshold voltage. After the photodiode receives the light signal and changes the voltage according to the light signal, the first thin film transistor generates a corresponding current according to the voltage of its gate, which is independent of the threshold voltage. The accuracy of a recognition signal is ensured.
