The system includes a communication interface configured to receive a map of an area in which the bicycle is traveling and sensor data acquired associated with the bicycle. The system includes at least one processor configured to position the bicycle in the map, identify the cyclist riding the bicycle, and identify one or more objects surrounding the bicycle based on the positioning of the bicycle. The at least one processor is further configured to extract features of the bicycle, the cyclist, and the one or more objects from the sensor data. The at least one processor is also configured to predict the trajectory of the bicycle based on the extracted features using a learning model.
