Abstract: An access request processing apparatus comprises, a processor determines an object cache page according to a write request when receiving the write request. After determining that the NVM stores a log chain of the object cache page, the processor inserts, into the log chain of the object cache page, a second data node recording information about a second log data chunk. The log chain already includes a first data node recording information about the first log data chunk. The second log data chunk is at least partial to-be-written data of the write request. Then, the processor sets, in the first data node, data that is in the first log data chunk and that overlaps the second log data chunk to invalid data.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a packaging substrate is provided, which includes: forming on a carrier a conductor layer having a plurality of openings; forming a plurality of conductive bumps on the conductor layer, wherein each of the conductive bumps has a post body disposed in a corresponding one of the openings and a conductive pad disposed on the conductor layer, the post body being integrally formed with the conductive pad and less in width than the conductive pad; forming a plurality of conductive posts on the conductive pads; forming on the carrier a first insulating layer that encapsulates the conductive bumps and the conductive posts; removing the carrier; and removing the entire conductor layer to expose the post bodies from a first surface of the first insulating layer. As such, a semiconductor chip can be bonded to the packaging substrate through the conductive bumps.

Abstract: A high-capacity weighing module has a top plate weldment (10), a bottom plate weldment (30) and a pressure-bearing assembly (20) that is between the top and bottom plate weldments. Motion between the respective top and bottom plate weldments is restricted. This structure aids in easy installation and replacement of a sensor, and integrates the functions of anti-overturning and 360° inspection, and bottom stop. This makes the weighing module much more convenient to install than a conventional high-capacity module, and has a better safety function. The weighing module has advantage in terms of a simplified product structure, reduced cost of manufacture and maintenance, uncomplicated installation procedure, and higher safety and protection.

The pixel definition layer has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the second side being on a side of the first side distal to the base substrate. The pixel definition layer has a first cross-section along a plane substantially parallel to the base substrate, the first cross-section being between the first side and the second side. An orthographic projection of the first cross-section on the base substrate substantially covers orthographic projections of the first side and the second side on the base substrate.

Abstract: A photodiode and a manufacturing method thereof provided in the present application include a P electrode, an N electrode, and a conductive channel configured to connect the P electrode and the N electrode. The conductive channel includes a first conductive channel pattern, a second conductive channel pattern, and a third conductive channel pattern. The second conductive channel pattern is positioned between the first conductive channel pattern and the third conductive channel pattern. Both the first conductive channel pattern and the third conductive channel pattern are comb-like structures.

Abstract: A pen, a method for detecting a pen, and a touch system are disclosed. The pen is configured to operate on a touch panel. The pen includes a controller, a transmitting electrode, and a receiving electrode. The transmitting electrode and the receiving electrode are at different positions of the pen. The receiving electrode is configured to receive a first signal transmitted by the touch panel and transmit the first signal to the controller. The controller is configured to receive the first signal, determine an inclination angle between the pen and the touch panel according to a signal amount of the first signal, generate a second signal by using an encoding format corresponding to the inclination angle, and transmit the second signal to the transmitting electrode. The transmitting electrode is configured to receive the second signal and transmit the second signal to the touch panel.

According to the technical solutions, the damages may be stopped in time when the fault occurs in the infrastructure area.
