Abstract: Embodiments of a three-dimensional (3D) memory device and fabrication methods are disclosed. In some embodiments, the 3D memory device includes a peripheral circuitry formed on a first substrate. The peripheral circuitry includes a plurality of peripheral devices on a first side of the first substrate, a first interconnect layer, and a deep-trench-isolation on a second side of the first substrate, wherein the first and second sides are opposite sides of the first substrate and the deep-trench-isolation is configured to provide electrical isolation between at least two neighboring peripheral devices. The 3D memory device also includes a memory array formed on a second substrate. The memory array includes at least one memory cell and a second interconnect layer, wherein the second interconnect layer of the memory array is bonded with the first interconnect layer of the peripheral circuitry, and the peripheral devices are electrically connected with the memory cells.

Abstract: To perform zoom control more effectively when shooting an image with a dolly zoom effect, a control method, a control apparatus, a mobile body, and programs are provided. During moving of a photographing apparatus from a first time point to a second time point, by causing a focus lens and a zoom lens to move, the first control component causes a zoom ratio to change, and causes a focus distance to change; and where during moving of the photographing apparatus from the second time point to a third time point, by performing electronic zooming, a second control component causes the zoom ratio to change and by causing the focus lens to move, the focus distance to change.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method for wafer warpage control. The method includes forming a filling structure in a slit opening on a wafer. Further, the method includes measuring a warpage parameter of the wafer, and determining a thermal profile to adjust a warpage parameter into a target range based on the warpage parameter. Then, the method includes performing a process having the determined thermal profile to adjust the warpage parameter into the target range.

Abstract: A gas-detectable casing of a portable device is disclosed and includes a main body, a gas detection module, a driving and controlling board, and a microprocessor. The main body includes a ventilation opening, a connection port and an accommodation chamber. The ventilation opening is in communication with the accommodation chamber. The gas detection module and the driving and controlling board are disposed within the accommodation chamber. The gas detection module is fixed on and electrically connected to the driving and controlling board. The driving and controlling board is connected to a mobile device through a connection port. The microprocessor is fixed on and electrically connected to the driving and controlling board, and enables the gas detection module to detect and operate. The microprocessor converts a detection raw datum of the gas detection module into a detection datum, which is stored and transmitted to the mobile device or an external device.

Abstract: A gas-liquid mixing control system includes a liquid supply unit, a liquid pressure regulating valve, a gas supply unit, a gas pressure regulating valve, a mixing tank, an output pipe, and a non-electric control flow regulator. The mixing tank communicates with said regulating valves; liquid and gas are mixed in the mixing tank to form mixed fluid. The first end and second end of output pipe communicate with the mixing tank and the machine respectively, making mixed fluid output from mixing tank to machine through the output pipe. The mixed fluid in first end and second end have third flow and fourth flow respectively. Said flow regulator communicates with the output pipe; the mixed fluid passing through said flow regulator has fifth flow. The first flow is not lower than at least one of the fourth and the fifth flow. Additionally, a control method for gas-liquid mixing is disclosed.

Abstract: A target detection method, a system, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining a scattering point set by using a radar sensor, where the scattering point set includes a plurality of scattering points; grouping the plurality of scattering points into at least one area based on characteristic information of the scattering points; and for a scattering point in each area, performing target detection on the scattering point in the area based on a detection parameter corresponding to the area, where detection parameters are individually set for different areas separately. The present disclosure can be used to effectively distinguish between a stationary object and a moving object, improve accuracy of target detection, and improve efficiency of target detection.

Abstract: A method for generating a composite image includes receiving a first image that includes an eyeglass lens illuminated by a first illumination source radiating electromagnetic radiation in a first polarization state, and receiving a second image that includes the eyeglass lens illuminated by a second illumination source radiating electromagnetic radiation in a second polarization state. The second polarization state is different from the first polarization state, and the second illumination source is spatially separated from the first illumination source. The method also includes identifying, in the first image, a first portion that represents a reflection of the first illumination source on the eyeglass lens, and generating the composite image in which the first portion is replaced by a corresponding second portion from the second image. The first portion and the second portion represent substantially a same portion of the eyeglass lens.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic sensor calibration method, and a control terminal and a movable platform that implement this method. The method includes: after detecting that a magnetic sensor calibration condition is triggered, obtaining multiple sets of magnetic field intensity output by a magnetic sensor on a movable platform during rotation of the movable platform; determining a calibration coefficient of the magnetic sensor based on a reference magnetic field intensity and the multiple sets of magnetic field intensity; and calibrating a magnetic field intensity output by the magnetic sensor based on the calibration coefficient of the magnetic sensor. Therefore, the magnetic sensor can be calibrated in time even if the movable platform is moving, so that the magnetic sensor can output accurate magnetic field intensities and a moving direction of the movable platform can be accurately determined, thereby ensuring movement security of the movable platform.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gimbal, a gimbal control device and method implemented in the gimbal and gimbal control device. The method includes obtaining a first angular velocity of a directional device mounted on a gimbal in a first direction; obtaining at least one reference angular velocity in at least one reference direction of the gimbal; obtaining an angular velocity offset in the first direction based on the first angular velocity and the at least one reference velocity; and adjusting an angle of the gimbal in the first direction based on the angular velocity offset. In this way, the posture drift of the gimbal in the yaw direction due to a detection error of the directional device may be eliminated, so that the picture taken by a photographing device provided on gimbal is stable, and the shooting quality is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a heading generation method of an unmanned aerial vehicle including the following steps of: making a preliminary flight for selecting a point of view to record flight waypoints, the waypoints including positioning data and flight altitude information of the unmanned aerial vehicle; receiving and recording flight waypoints of the unmanned aerial vehicle; generating a flight trajectory according to waypoints of the preliminary flight; editing the flight trajectory to obtain a new flight trajectory; and transmitting the edited new flight trajectory to the unmanned aerial vehicle to cause the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly according to the new flight trajectory. The present invention further relates to a heading generation system of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

Abstract: In an NVMe-based storage system, a host is connected to an NVMe controller through a PCIe bus, and the NVMe controller is connected to a storage medium. The NVMe controller receives from the host a data packet that carries payload data and an association identifier. The association identifier associates the payload data with a write instruction. The NVMe controller obtains the write instruction according to the association identifier, and then writes the payload data into the storage medium according to the write instruction.

For example, a UE device, which has been designated as a master UE device, may coordinate a D2D communication between a first UE device and a second UE device. The master UE device may be a UE device that obtains an indication that it is a master UE device that is to coordinate D2D communications amongst the plurality of UE devices. In some embodiments, the coordinating the D2D communication may be on behalf of a network and/or to facilitate wireless communication between the network and at least one of the plurality of UE devices.
