Abstract: When programming and verifying a memory device which includes a plurality of memory cells and a plurality of word lines, a first coarse programming is first performed on a first memory cell among the plurality of memory cells which is controlled by a first word line among the plurality of word lines, and then a second coarse programming is performed on a second memory cell among the plurality of memory cells which is controlled by a second word line among the plurality of word lines. Next, a first coarse verify current is used for determining whether the first memory cell passes a coarse verification and a second coarse verify current is used for determining whether the second memory cell passes a second coarse verification, wherein the second coarse verify current is smaller than the first coarse verify current.

Abstract: A method, device and system for creating resources during a user equipment (UE) hands over from a non-3rd Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) system to a 3GPP system are provided. A serving gateway (Serving GW) receives a first resource request message, such as Create Default Bearer Request message, including handover indication information indicating the handover from a mobility management network device, e.g., a MME. As the received resource request message includes the handover indication information, the Serving GW includes the handover indication information in a second resource request message and then sends the second resource request message to a PDN GW. After receiving the second resource request message, the PDN GW policy and charging control (PCC) rules to be used by the UE in the 3GPP access system so as to create the resources used by the UE in the 3GPP system.
Abstract: A data loading system includes a processing circuit, a nonvolatile memory, and a programmable logic device. The processing circuit and the programmable logic device are separately coupled to different data interfaces of the nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile memory stores start code of the processing circuit and configuration data of the programmable logic device, and the processing circuit and the programmable logic device are configured to respectively obtain the start code and the configuration data from the nonvolatile memory at the same time under the action of a first synchronization clock. Hence, the system increases a speed and reliability of data loading and increases a start speed and reliability of a board.
Abstract: The present application discloses a display panel having a display area and a peripheral area. The display panel includes a base substrate; a display unit on the base substrate; an encapsulating layer on a side of the display unit distal to the base substrate and encapsulating the display unit; and a first crack barrier layer on the base substrate and in the peripheral area and forming a first enclosure substantially surrounding a first area. The encapsulating layer includes a first inorganic sub-layer. The first inorganic sub-layer includes a first part enclosed inside the first area by the first crack barrier layer.

Abstract: A control device configured to receive a service request that comprises a request for a resource associated with a network function or a network service in the communication system, obtain a descriptor based on the service request, derive a metadata of a service availability level from the descriptor, obtain a commissioning value, wherein the commissioning value is associated with requirements for a service, map the commissioning value with the metadata of the service availability level, derive the service availability level for the resource associated with the network function or the network service based on the mapped commissioning value with the metadata of the service availability level. A corresponding resource manager derives an assigned resource corresponding to the resource associated with the network function or the network service and the assigned resource fulfills the derived service availability and reliability requirement for the resource.

Abstract: A metering device address management method performed by a collection terminal, includes: sending a first signal to a target metering device to instruct the target metering device to respond to an address protocol packet, and sending a second signal to remaining metering devices that are other than the target metering device and that are connected to the collection terminal to instruct the remaining metering devices not to respond to the address protocol packet; and broadcasting the address protocol packet, where the address protocol packet is used to query or set a physical address of the target metering device. Then the target metering device responds, according to the first signal, to the address protocol packet broadcast. Therefore, the collection terminal can automatically set and query the physical address of the metering device, to resolve a problem of manually configuring the physical address of the metering device.
