Abstract: A method for manufacturing a color resist is disclosed. According to the method, a mask is moved so that an alignment mark is aligned with marks of a black matrix layer respectively. Each color resist and a corresponding color block are formed on the black matrix layer by the mask, and a position of each color resist is checked according to a positional relationship between a corresponding color block and hollowed-out region. A distance between a first mark and a second mark and a distance between a first mark and a third mark are configured in such manner that the color blocks do not overlap with one another. Therefore, the color blocks do not overlap with one another while a size thereof does not change.

Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for transmitting data in a wireless communication network. A device of the network receives a bit sequence of K information bits. The device polar codes the bit sequence to obtain a first encoded sequence, wherein a length of the first encoded sequence is N, and N is greater than or equal to K. The device block interleaves the first encoded sequence to obtain an interleaved bit sequence. The device determines a transmission code rate R. When the transmission code rate R is less than the code rate threshold, the device outputs a second bit sequence. The length of the second bit sequence is M, M is smaller than N. The second bit sequence is punctured from the interleaved bit sequence by removing (N?M) bits from beginning of the interleaved bit sequence.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for measuring an initial position angle of a rotor of an electric machine, which solves the technical problem in the prior art that the requirement on the measurement conditions of the initial position angle of the rotor of the electric machine is high and the actual operation is not easy. The method comprises: Step 1, supplying an electric current i to an electric machine to be measured to cause the electric machine to run; Step 2, when the electric machine is running, reducing the electric current i to be zero; Step 3, measuring voltages of a d-axis and a q-axis of a stator of the electric machine at the moment, respectively as ud and uq; and Step 4, according to a trigonometric function relation between ud and uq, calculating to obtain an initial position angle deviation ?err of the rotor of the electric machine.

The organosilicon synthetic leather comprises a surface glue layer, a bottom glue layer, and a base layer which are overlapped sequentially. The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing the main raw materials of the surface glue layer in a proper proportion to obtain a surface glue; mixing the main raw materials of the bottom glue layer in a proper proportion to obtain a bottom glue; coating and curing the surface glue on a release paper, coating the bottom glue on the cured surface glue to form the bottom glue layer, then compositing the bottom glue layer with the base layer and curing composited bottom glue layer, and striping the release paper to obtain the organosilicon synthetic leather. The inventive organosilicon synthetic leather has excellent safety, wear resistance, antifouling property and flame retardancy.

Abstract: A method for quantum key fusion-based virtual power plant security communication includes: identity authentication, performing identity authentication between a client and a server in a virtual power plant based on a communication requirement to acquire a root key; key distribution: generating a key encryption key and a message authentication key based on the acquired root key and performing negotiation on a data encryption key to obtain the data encryption key; and data encryption: encrypting to-be-encrypted data using the data encryption key, and implementing communication of the data. During the identity authentication or the key distribution, negotiation on a quantum key is performed by a quantum key server, and the quantum key obtained by the negotiation is used for implementing the identity authentication or used as the data encryption key.
