Abstract: A hanger support includes a unitary structure defining a set of panels comprising a center panel, a first end panel extending from the center panel along a first longitudinal direction, and a second end panel extending from the center panel along a second longitudinal direction, the second longitudinal direction opposing the first longitudinal direction. The hanger support includes a first hinge joint disposed between the first end panel and the center panel, a second hinge joint disposed between the second end panel and the center panel and at least one set of openings defined by the center panel extending through a first planar surface and a second planar surface of the unitary structure, the at least one set of openings configured to receive a hook of a hanger.

Abstract: A collapsible container is assembled from a scored sheet of material. In one arrangement, the container is configured to allow for ease of disassembly. For example, a base of the container includes a pair of opposing end walls that include an outer end wall panel coupled to the base and an inner end wall panel coupled to the outer end wall panel. The inner wall panel includes set of tabs that engage corresponding openings defined by the base and a flexion portion that allows the inner wall panel to flex relative to the base. The outer wall panel defines an opening that is substantially aligned with the score line. To disassemble the container, a user applies a load through the opening and against flexion portion. The load causes the inner wall panel to fold thereby releasing the tabs from the openings.

Abstract: A pre-folded automatic bottom box form made from a unitary blank of material. The form has a blank of corrugated material that is die cut and creased so as to form a series of panels and flaps arranged in three rows of four panels or flaps each and a fourth row with two panels, all arranged in four columns, a first row comprising four panels that end up in the box as an automatic bottom, a second row comprising four panels that end up in the box as sidewall and end wall panels, a third row contiguous with the second row and comprising four panels that end up in the box as reinforcing sidewall and end wall panels, and a fourth row coupled to the third row and comprising first and second panels making additional end wall reinforcing panels.

Abstract: A corrugated plastic box is disclosed. The box is provided with an L-shaped or chair-shaped end panel which can be adhesively secured to a box side panel. The end panel has a lower portion which extends over a relatively great number of box side corrugations, and an upper panel portion which extends over fewer box side corrugations, so as to spread interior box loads across a number of corrugations and inhibit box side bowing. The box sides are also strengthened by providing upper panels which are rolled over along the top edges of the box, the panels are then food or otherwise fastened to the side panels. The rolled-over top edges thus formed strengthen the box, and prevent the entry of contaminants into the otherwise-exposed side panel corrugation flutes. The box is provided with a number of specially shaped box bottom panels which enable the box to be quickly and easily erected by even inexperienced personnel.
