Abstract: Apparatus for the controlled withdrawal and dispensing of liquids, comprising a structure (S) with a platform (1) housing a first series of containers (2) containing liquid substances and a second series of containers (3) adapted to receive the substances of the containers of the first series, the apparatus further comprising means for withdrawing the liquids from the containers of the first series and dispensing such liquids into the containers of the second series. On each container of the first series is inserted a half-pipette consisting of a barrel (4), a piston (5) devoid of actuation rod, and a needle (6). The withdrawing and dispensing means comprise a unit (9) provided with a vertical rod (95, 96) for actuating the piston of each half-pipette, said unit being constrained to a carriage (10) that can be moved above the platform. The unit (9) is movable vertically from and towards the platform (1).

Abstract: Dyeing unit, adapted to test and/or monitor the effects of dye baths on textile materials, comprising a body (7) with tanks (8) with openable and closable lids (9), and each adapted to contain a dyeing bath and a textile sample, means (MM) adapted to move said body (7) for stirring the dyeing bath contained in the tanks (8), and means for the discharge of said dyeing baths from the tanks (8). The tanks (8) are integral to said body (7) and the latter is closed both above and laterally and inferiorly thus defining a closed volume (V7) in which is contained a thermal fluid (FT), so that the tanks (8) are always immersed in the same thermal fluid (FT).

Abstract: Apparatus for performing optical readings on yarn spools subjected to dyeing in a dyeing tank or machine (1) in which a spool (6) provided with a pierced axial shaft (6A) is placed with the said shaft on the outlet of a feedpipe (IM) of a circuit that feeds a dyeing bath in the same tank or machine (1), so that the dyeing bath enters the dyeing tank or machine (1) passing by the feedpipe (IM) through the shaft (6A) and is subsequently collected through collecting conduit (IR) of the same feeding circuit.

Abstract: Device for dosing dyes in solution or dispersion for the preparation of dye baths for textile materials, comprising a plurality of pipettes (1) individually connected to corresponding bottles or containers (6) containing the said dyes, the said bottles or containers being respectively connected to a dosing head (8) through corresponding ducts (9) from which the dyes exit. The device comprises programmable means (EU) which individually control the said pipettes (1) and respective electrovalves (4) and which, depending on the formulation programmed to realize a dye bath, operate the automatic subdivision or selection of the electrovalves (4) in two groups.

Abstract: An apparatus for the automated preparation of solutions with combined metering system is provided with a structure with a platform (1) upon which it is possible to position one or more containers for solid products, one or more bottle-like containers for liquid products, one or more containers for solutions and one or more empty and clean bottle-like containers. The apparatus has a first station with a container hydraulically connected with the chamber. The first station is for the drawing and metering of dyeing solutions and for the admission of the dyeing solutions into the container to feed the chamber for dyeing the material disposed inside the storage basket. A second station has a stirrer. The basket is connected in a stable but removable way to the stirrer. The basket is located in correspondence with the chamber.

Abstract: An apparatus for the preparation of mixtures, especially dye solution. The apparatus includes a device for withdrawing a predetermined batch of product at a withdrawal station and for transferring the product to a separate dissolution station (SD). A device is provided for the dissolution of the product in the solvent, disposed in the dissolution station. A programmable electronic device is provided for operating the devices for withdrawal, transfer and dissolution of the product. The device for dissolution includes in a fixed horizontal plate with an annular seal housed in a corresponding channel of the lower surface of the plate making up a tight-sealing element for the mouth of a corresponding cylinder vessel containing the product to be dissolved. The vessel is associated with a vertical operating cylinder for driving the vessel from a lower to an upper position.

Abstract: To continuously print polychromatic designs on fabrics, a method is provided for horizontally moving the fabric with predetermined speed and direction, for drawing a prearranged amount of different colored liquid dyes, for applying the dyes of several colors to areas corresponding to predetermined adjacent points of the fabric in such a manner as to obtain particular chromatic effects due to the contemporaneous combination of several colors. The device comprises means for representing, on a video monitor, the image of the pictorial effect to be reproduced.
