    Abstract: Automatic machine for leveling and alignment of ballastless railway, prior to concreting, having a structure (1) that moves along the track, provided with fastening elements to, once located in the track section to be positioned, firmly grab both rails (10) keeping the track in suspension while it performs millimetric movements of displacement until placing it in the desired final position, both in plant and height of the rails and cant; said machine has a measuring system, which includes tilt sensors (11) and a total station (12) of GPS or topographic type, that allow to identify the actual position of the track, in real-time. It also has a control system that includes process software of the position data acquired by the measuring devices (11-12), from which it determines the required movements to be carried out to achieve the desired final position of the track.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a machine for positioning and squaring crossties of railway tracks, formed by at least one wagon (1), provided with its own means for traveling over the rails (2) of the railway track under construction in which the crossties (3) have not yet been aligned, which laterally has respective metal profiles (4) arranged longitudinally at the level of the crossties (3) of the track, supported to the main structure of the wagon by means of angled arms (5), which on their inner face have a series of equidistant positioning wedges (7), which are in charge of coming into contact and positioning the crossties previously distributed in the layout, such that the wedges are located between them, pushing them laterally and longitudinally until leaving the crossties in the correct position: centered and perpendicular to he center line, aligned and separated from one another by a uniform distance.

    Abstract: A machine for uploading and positioning rails on crossties in railway tracks includes an inverted U-shaped gantry (1-2), with side branches finished at the lower part in respective caterpillar tracks (4) of movement on the ballast of the beam on both sides of the platform of crossties. The gantry (1) supports a pair of clamps (8) with jaws (16), for fixing the rails by the core thereof, and preventing pitching, which clamps (8) close by means of respective hydraulic cylinders (10) movable in height actuated by another hydraulic cylinder (15) through a deformable parallelogram (12), while at the same time they are longitudinally movable by the actual movement of the machine. The machine thus moves forward towards the rail carrier train located at the end of the track under construction, grasps a pair of rails with its clamps, and pulls them without contact with the ground until they are arranged on their assembly position, the rails serving for the forward movement of the rail carrier train.
