Abstract: An overhead system for the manual and/or automatic movement of frames in particular for moving and/or storing meat and/or cold cuts, in which the frames are moved from one location to another by hooking them to a trolley-mounted device sliding along a track, the track includes first and second guideways arranged side-by-side in a transverse direction and arranged at a distance from each other to form a gap sufficient to allow passage of one or more trolley-mounted devices, which are slidably engaged on an upper surface of the guideways and protrude through the gap below the guideways to receive the frames. The first and second guideways have an open cross-sectional profile having an opening and are arranged side-by-side so that the opening faces outwards defining a track with open outer sidewalls.
Abstract: An automatic machine that through a hook detachment group comprising at least one rotating eccentric positioned between two conveyor belts allows the removal of hooks from bacon slabs.
Abstract: A support hook for moving meat, more specifically for pieces or cubes of bacon/belly during the processing and/or curing thereof includes a framework and a plurality of tips. The plurality of tips are integral with the respective framework via respective heads arranged on both sides and the holes of the framework such that each tip can be inserted and interchanged even at a later time, if any tip should be broken or chipped. This type of hook is generally called comb or bacon comb.
Abstract: A support hook for moving meat, more specifically for pieces or cubes of bacon/belly during the processing and/or curing thereof. This type of hook is generally called comb or bacon comb. The hook (100, 200) includes a framework (101, 201) and a plurality of tips (102, 202). The plurality of tips (102) are integral with the respective framework (101, 201) via respective heads (109, 110) and (209, 210) arranged on both sides and the holes (106, 206) of the framework (101, 201). Each tip (102, 202) can thus be inserted and interchanged even at a later time, if it should be broken or chipped.
