Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for realistic reconstruction of a real space using a spatial schema as a medium. An apparatus for construction of a digital space model using a spatial schema as a medium includes: a spatial schema generation module configured to generate a spatial schema encoded as a descriptive expression of a target space, which is an object for constructing a digital space model; a space information database configured to store space information including image data of the target space; and an automatic generation network module configured to receive the spatial schema as input, and automatically construct a digital space model corresponding to the spatial schema based on the spatial schema and the space information stored in the space information database using a model trained to generate a digital space model.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus and method for managing a spatial model, and a spatial model management apparatus includes a data collector configured to collect dynamic method data including shape and color information using a dynamic space scanner and to collect static method data including color information using a static space scanner, for an area for which a spatial model is to be produced; a spatial information deriver configured to derive spatial information using the collected dynamic method data or the collected static method data; and a model generator configured to generate the spatial model using at least one or combination of the spatial information derived from the dynamic method data and the spatial information derived using the static method data.

Abstract: A three-dimensional map generating and displaying apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes an acquiring unit which acquires pose information including position and rotation information on photographing points at which three-dimensional information on a three-dimensional space is acquired with respect to a global coordinate system; a generating unit which generates a plurality of local coordinate systems for the three-dimensional space according to at least one of a spatial contiguity and a temporal contiguity of the photographing points, based on the acquired pose information; and a display unit which when an observer of a virtual reality is located in the three-dimensional space, finds the photographing point corresponding to a point at which the observer is located using the plurality of local coordinate system and generates and displays the three-dimensional map using the three-dimensional information acquired from the photographing point.
