Abstract: Cleaning procedure for anilox including increasing the diameter of the laser spots (4) above the minimum diameter corresponding to focal spot w0 to a working diameter wN, defocusing the pulses of the laser beam (1) using a lens (3) and at the same time, with the help of a galvo mirror (8), redirecting the laser pulses in an organized manner to the cleaning-active zone (19) such that the laser spots (4) that hit the surface of the anilox (9) partially overlap in the linear direction (11) corresponding to the beam advancement and in the circumferential direction (13) corresponding to the direction of the anilox turn, simulating a continuous pulse.

Abstract: A fluid leak and microleak detector that incorporates three aligned elements: the first element being a solenoid valve (4) that is aligned to the direction of flow, which is followed by a flowmeter (5) and finally a pressure switch (6). These items are managed and connected to an electronic board (7) which contains a computer application with two complementary routines; a routine that detects microleaks (13) for fluid losses greater than 0.15 l/h which is linked to the pressure switch (6) and the solenoid valve (4), and another routine that detects leaks (12) for fluid losses of around 3 l/h and greater, which is linked to the flowmeter (5) and the solenoid valve.

Abstract: Disclosed is an anilox laser cleaning machine that includes: a multi-laser head with laser modules on a horizontal guide of a first movable support associated with the horizontal sliding carriage with the intermediation of brackets coupled to vertical micrometric axes associated with the horizontal sliding carriage controlled by servomotors. Each laser module includes: a laser resonator emitting a laser beam with a focal point in the vertical plane equidistant to the axes of rotation of the traction rollers of the anilox roller; and a vertical tube terminated in a nozzle oriented towards the focal point of the laser beam, connected to a suction source. The machine also includes a rotation detector with a palpate wheel contacting the surface of the anilox roller and associated with an encoder device connected to the electronic system of the machine that, in the absence of movement detection or irregular movement, activates the emergency stop.
