    Abstract: The present invention is a pallet strapping device having a platform, a lower guiding strap portion, an upper guiding strap portion, a first frame portion, a second frame portion and a central guiding strap portion. By controlling a first guiding strap portion, a second guiding strap portion, and the central guiding strap portion that is moved to a retracted position, a first guiding strap circulation path can be formed. In addition, by controlling the first frame portion, the second frame portion and the central guiding strap portion that is moved to an extended position, a second guiding strap circulation path is formed. The present invention is capable of switching to different strapping paths corresponding to different pallets for strapping. Besides, it is quite convenient to conduct strapping tasks under the condition that the corresponding pallets is not needed to depart from the platform of the pallet strapping device.

    Abstract: The present invention includes a housing, multiple conveyors, and a driving system. The conveyors are provided for a working object to be moved on the conveyors. The driving system has a horizontal moving portion and a vertical moving portion. As the horizontal moving portion moves from the second position toward the first position, when a first detector detects a rear edge of the working object, a controller is able to stop the horizontal moving portion and to set an actual pushing position. Then, it can reset that the horizontal only can move between the actual pushing position and the second position for shortening a moving time and a moving distance of the horizontal moving portion. So, this invention can shorten the horizontal moving time of the horizontal moving portion. It can shorten the vertical moving time. Plus, it can increase the total processing efficiency.

    Abstract: A strapping machine having a movable working assembly includes comprises a machine body, a chute, and a movable working assembly. This machine body contains a storing space. The chute has an upper chute portion and a lower chute portion. The movable working assembly which is in the storing space includes a horizontal movable portion, a vertical movable portion, a working device, and an operation linkage mechanism. When the vertical movable portion moves to the move-down position, the lower chute portion is separated from the upper chute portion. Then, the movable working assembly can be moved out for easy maintenance. So, it is quick and easy to repair any internal device or part inside the strapping machine. The repairer does not need to stoop or squat down for repairing it. In addition, it saves strength and time to move out the working device or related part.

    Abstract: A cross-strapping device includes a base, a lateral strapping mechanism, and a longitudinal strapping mechanism. This base has a working surface. The lateral strapping mechanism has a lateral chute, a first strap supplying assembly, and a first sealing/cutting assembly. A first strap is guided by the lateral chute and is strapped around the object to finish a lateral strapping procedure. The longitudinal strapping mechanism has a longitudinal guider, a second strap supplying assembly, and a second sealing/sealing assembly. A second strap is guided by the longitudinal guider and be strapped around the object to finish a longitudinal strapping procedure. So, this object is placed on a fixed working surface without rotation. The lateral strapping procedure and the longitudinal strapping procedure are completed on the same working surface. Hence, both the lateral strapping procedure and the longitudinal strapping procedure can be done in only one machine. In addition, the turn table is not required.

    Abstract: A device having a liftable strap supply reel includes a housing, a liftable mechanism and a pushing force generator. The liftable mechanism is pivoted on the housing and it has a first arm that is disposed with a rotatable strap supply reel. The liftable mechanism contains a home position, a critical position, and a lift-up position. When this lifting mechanism is positioned at the lift-up position, the pushing member generates a force to create a torque so that the strap supply reel stays at a height near a waist of a human. So, the strap supply reel can be lifted up to a height approximately near a waist of a human. It can be operated by one hand. In addition, it is convenient to repair or replace the strap.

Then sensor sends a signal of the length practically needed to bind the strap around an object to a signal processor, which calculates and records and sends the difference cardinality to a controller. Then the controller controls operation and stopping of the motor of a strap tension device according to the signal so that the strap machine can automatically adjust the strap tension for binding the strap.

The driven wheel is fastened with an auxiliary guide rod. The main guide rod is connected with a control rod for controlling a touch switch regulating the circuit of the drive motor. The main guide rod is pushed by an actuating rod driven by a motor such that the main guide rod swivels upward to join with the auxiliary guide rod, thereby resulting in the formation of a gap via which the lashing tape is guided by the drive wheel and the driven wheel to be loaded.
