The first ESD clamp circuit is coupled between the input pad and a work voltage. The second ESD clamp circuit is coupled between the input pad and a ground voltage. The first clamp circuit and the second clamp circuit are capable of bypassing an electrostatic current. The transistor has a first source/drain, a second source/drain, a gate coupled to the input pad, and a bulk coupled through the resistor to the work voltage or the ground voltage.

Abstract: A communication circuit and a communication device are provided. The communication circuit includes first, second, and third RF transceivers, first and second baseband transceivers, and first and second modem circuits. The first and second RF transceivers are configured to down-convert first and second RF signals for MIMO. The third RF transceiver is configured to down-convert a third RF signal for a second telecommunication technology. The first baseband transceiver is configured to digitize the down-converted first RF signal to output a first baseband signal. The second baseband transceiver is configured to digitize one of the down-converted second or third RF signals according to a selection signal to output a second baseband signal. The first modem circuit is configured to digitally process the first and second baseband signals using the MIMO technology. The second modem circuit is configured to digitally process the second baseband signal using the second telecommunication technology.

Abstract: DHCP methods adopted by a slave device connected to a host device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a DHCP discover message from the host device; in response to the DHCP discover message, transmitting a DHCP offer message containing a DHCP renewal time configuration to the host device; receiving a DHCP request message from the host device; and in response to the DHCP request message, transmitting a DHCP acknowledgement message containing a client Internet Protocol (IP) address and the DHCP renewal time configuration to the host device.

Abstract: A method for early termination of transmission is disclosed. The method includes: receiving downlink (DL) data from a DL channel during a transmission time interval (TTI); attempting to decode the received DL data before receiving all DL data of the TTI; and transmitting an early termination indicator (ETI) in an uplink (UL) slot of a UL radio frame to terminate transmission of the DL data during the TTI based on a successful decode, wherein at least one symbol of the UL slot is replaced by the ETI.

The disclosed compounds can provide improved device performance, for example, as measured by power conversion efficiency, fill factor, open circuit voltage, field-effect mobility, on/off current ratios, and/or air stability when used in photovoltaic cells or transistors. The disclosed compounds can have good solubility in common solvents enabling device fabrication via solution processes.

In one embodiment, a load cell assembly includes a shear plate load cell configured to be coupled between a frame and a support member of the semi-trailer. The shear plate load cell detects or measures the trailer's weight with a sensor positioned on a strain sensing section of a plate. The strain sensing section is positioned at a location offset from the plate's centerline. The shear plate load cell is accordingly configured to provide an ideal moment balance that allows accurate load measurements independent of where the load is applied relative to the load cell or the support member.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for deblocking of reconstructed video are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method divides a block boundary into two sub-boundaries and separates lines or column across the sub-boundaries into two groups. The deblocking filter decision for each group is determined based on the lines or columns in the respective group. In another embodiment, the method divides block edges of blocks in the LCUs into two edge groups, where the first edge group corresponds to horizontal block edges between two LCUs and the second edge group corresponds to remaining block edges not included in the first edge group. The number of lines processed by a vertical filter in the first edge group is less than the number of lines processed by a vertical filter in the second edge group. Accordingly, a system embodying the present invention has reduced storage requirement.
