    Abstract: The present invention provides inexpensive, safe and reliable methods and systems for enhancing the effectiveness of aqueous or non-aqueous, concentrated or non-concentrated, cleaning compositions, such as concentrated cleaning liquids, by “energizing” all, or a portion, of the water that is employed in the compositions, and/or in diluted aqueous or non-aqueous compositions, and/or of the compositions, and to enhanced cleaning compositions that are safe for use by human beings.
