Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a sidelink resource selection method are provided. The sidelink resource selection method includes performing re-selection for a pre-selected resource indicated for re-evaluation and to be re-selected within 31 slots from another resource, such that a resource can be indicated by a sidelink control information (SCI), and a pre-selected resource is a resource of a selected sidelink grant which has not been identified by a prior SCI. This can solve issues in the prior art, reduce processing complexity, avoid delaying (re)transmissions of data transport block, avoid a complicated resource re-evaluation and/or re-selection, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.
