    Abstract: A network node, a first device and methods therein for managing a transmission power parameter indicating power of transmission to be sent on at least one Device-To-Device “D2D” link between the first device and a second device are disclosed. The method comprises determining a load relating to D2D communication between at least the first and second devices. Moreover, the method comprises determining the transmission power parameter based on the load. Corresponding computer programs and carriers therefor are also disclosed.
