Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system to manage user profiles regarding user preferences towards a content. In the computer-implemented method of the invention said content is previously rated by a group of users via computing devices, and it is characterised in that it comprises generating adaptive catalogues for a user by means of Item Response Theory models applied to said content and generating a user profile for said user by at least presenting items of said adaptive catalogues to said user, through a user computing device, and analysing scores given by said user to said items via said user computing device. The system of the invention is arranged to implement the method of the invention.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for distributing routing information for redundant connection. The method is implemented in hierarchical IPv6 Internet protocol (IP) networks comprising a plurality of different autonomous systems (AS) which use a border gateway routing protocol (BGP-4) to communicate, which protocol does not allow routing sessions to be established automatically, which prevents multi-provider services from being created. The method of the invention makes it possible to create multi-provider services in the networks discussed above by using the BGP-4 protocol established by the current standards and technologies. This makes it possible to increase services offered by the providers.

Abstract: A system for preventing fraud at a service provider's website has a fake credential distributor for creating a set of valid but fake credentials to access such website and distributing such set to a plurality of predefined websites, a fake user database including said set of fake credentials and a monitor for real-time monitoring any user login attempt from any origin network location to the website and comparing the credentials used in such user login attempt with the set of fake credentials in the fake user database.
