Abstract: Rail for self-propelled electric trucks, with the rail (2) having a base part (6) and C-shaped side flanks (8, 10) which engage over side wheels (12) of the truck (4). In order to improve the rail, each C-shaped side flank (8, 10) has a central running area (14), which is offset outwards, for side guide rollers (16) of the truck (4) and upper and lower supporting services (18, 20) which run at an angle to the wheel (12) for the side wheels (12), with the running area (14) and the supporting areas (18, 20) being used alternately.
Abstract: A conveyor carriage has running wheels guided in rail parts so as to prevent the conveyor carriage from lifting off transversely to the plane of the rails. Each conveyor carriage contains a driving unit with at least one driving wheel prestressed against the rail. In order to move the conveyor carriage manually, a lifting device allows the driving wheel to be lifted off and disengaged from the rail. In order to simplify the lifting device, the lifting device is equipped with a shaft mounted on the conveyor carriage adjoined to the driving unit by a flexible coupling member.
Abstract: The rail-type conveyor system contains self propelling container trucks which circulate between stations and are provided with unlockable unloading device. Each of the stations is termed with at least one stopping point and have a receiving device for accepting the material conveyed. Each stopping point contains a section of rail corresponding to the length of the container truck, with rail parts which engage laterally in a C-shape around the tracks wheels of the container truck. The rail section is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis in order to unload the container truck on one longitudinal side and is pivotable towards the unloading side.
