Abstract: A seat (10) is disclosed that includes a seat back (14) hingedly attached to a seat base (12) such that the seat back can be folded from an upright, vertical position to a closed, horizontal position with the lower surface of the seat back overlying the upper surface of the seat base throughout the seat's range of motion. For ready upholstering, in one embodiment, the foldable seat includes a removable seat base panel (20) and a removable seat back panel (22) attached to the seat base and back, respectively.

Abstract: A hatch for a boat or other application is provided. The hatch includes a frame for mounting in an opening in a panel and a hatch cover pivotally mounted thereto. The cover includes a hinge pin that pivotally engages a hinge receptacle mounted on the frame. A handle is slidably mounted in the hatch cover and includes a latch that releasably engages the frame when the hatch is in a closed and latched position.

Abstract: A fish holder including a handle having a lower jaw extending transversely therefrom. A trigger is pivotally positioned inside of the handle and includes an upper jaw that extends transversely to the trigger and overlies the lower jaw arm. A biasing spring internally engages the trigger and the handle to maintain the jaw in an open position. When the handle and the trigger are grasped by a hand and squeezed, the jaw will close.
