Abstract: Disclosed is a web page recognizing method, which includes obtaining a weight of each segmented word of a web page to be recognized; acquiring, according to the weight of each segmented word of a web page to be recognized, weights of the web page to be recognized in two predetermined web page categories through calculation by using a logistic regression model established in advance; and taking a web page category having a greater weight as a category of the web page to be recognized. Also disclosed is a web page recognizing apparatus. The present disclosure recognizes a web page more accurately, especially for a web page in which key words are difficult to distinguish.

Abstract: A method of searching a public account in a social networking application includes logging in to a social networking application using a user account and then searching a public account using a keyword in an account database of the social networking application. The method further includes acquiring a first list of public accounts that match the keyword; acquiring a second list of public accounts that friends of the user liked; and comparing the first list of public accounts with the second list of public accounts. If a public account of the first list also appears on the second list, the method includes retrieving information of friends who liked the public account, counting a number of friends who liked the public account, and displaying the public accounts in the first list with information of friends who liked the public accounts.

Abstract: An instant message processing method includes: acquiring, by a first terminal by using a first application program, an instant message input by a user, generating a first processing request according to the instant message, and sending the first processing request to a server; processing, by the server, the first processing request, and sending the instant message to the second terminal according to a second identity; and displaying, by the second terminal, the received instant message by using a second application program, or displaying, by the second terminal, the received instant message by using the first application program and the second application program. Besides, the present disclosure further provides an instant message processing apparatus and system. With the instant message processing method, apparatus, and system, an instant message can be transferred between different application programs, thereby improving the efficiency of instant message processing.

Abstract: Methods and computer systems for audio search on a social networking platform are disclosed. While running a social networking application, a computer system receives a first audio input from a user of the computer system and then generates a first audio confusion network from the first audio input. After comparing the first audio confusion network with one or more second audio confusion networks, each corresponding to a second audio input associated with one of a plurality of participants of a chat session of the social networking application, the computer system identifies at least one second audio input corresponding to the at least one second audio confusion network that matches the first audio confusion network and displays a portion of the chat session including a visual icon representing the identified second audio input on a display of the computer system.

Abstract: A video transcoding method is described. A computer device obtains at least one initial quantization parameter used to encode at least one initial coding unit for generating an initial compressed video, and determines, according to the at least one initial quantization parameter, a current reference quantization parameter corresponding to a current coding unit in a current video frame that is generated by decoding the initial compressed video. The computer device determines an estimated quantization parameter for encoding the current coding unit, determines a first difference between the current reference quantization parameter and the estimated quantization parameter, and sets a target quantization parameter to be equal to or greater than the estimated quantization parameter according to the first difference. The computer device encodes the current coding unit according to the target quantization parameter.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method and a server system for transcoding a video source file into multiple target formats. The server system includes a first server configured to receive a first video chunk of the video source file and first attribute parameters corresponding to the first video chunk and a first target format of the multiple target formats where the first video chunk is transcoded into the first target format. The first attribute parameters include a first precoding parameter for the first video chunk and a first coding parameter for the first target format. The first server can process the first video chunk according to the first precoding parameter to obtain a first intermediate coding result and code the first intermediate coding result according to the first coding parameter to obtain a first final coding result in the first target format and output the first final coding result.

Abstract: Disclosed are interest tag determining method and device for accurately promoting information for users in a group based on interest tags of the group. This includes obtaining a group identifier and a corresponding group name, obtaining user identifiers corresponding to the group identifier and first user contents of the user identifiers, concatenating the first user contents of the user identifiers corresponding to the group identifier to obtain a first group content of the group identifier, calculating probabilities that the first group content is under the topic identifiers, and determining interest tags of the group identifier according to the probabilities that the first group content is under the topic identifiers and an association relationship between the topic identifiers and the interest tags that is determined through pre-training.

Abstract: A method for processing text information is provided, the method including: obtaining text information and extracting text characters contained in the text information; extracting, from the text characters, target characters satisfying a predetermined rule; calculating a filtering index of the text information according to the target characters; and when the filtering index meets a predetermined condition, executing an operation corresponding to the predetermined condition on the text information. In addition, an apparatus for processing text information is further provided. The method and apparatus for processing text information can improve the accuracy and efficiency of filtering out junk text information.

Abstract: A method for training a voice data set is provided. A first test set of data selected from a first voice data set, and a first voice model parameter obtained by performing first voice model training based on a first voice data set, are obtained. Data from a second voice data set is randomly selected to generate a second test set. Further, second voice model training is performed based on the second voice data set and the first voice model parameter when the second test set and the first test set satisfy a similarity condition.

Abstract: A video coding method can include receiving, by processing circuitry of a coding device, a current picture in a group of pictures (GOP) of a layered coding structure in video sequence. The current picture can have two reference pictures. A current layer of the current picture in the layered coding structure can be determined. A current quantization parameter (QP) offset of the current picture can be determined according to the current layer of the current picture. Reference QPs corresponding to the two reference pictures of the current picture can be determined. A current QP of the current picture can be determined according to the reference QPs and the current QP offset. The current picture can be coded according to the current QP.
