The data decoding method includes obtaining coded data corresponding to a current to-be-decoded unit, obtaining a coding mode restriction type corresponding to the current to-be-decoded unit by decoding the coded data, determining a candidate coding mode set corresponding to the current to-be-decoded unit according to the coding mode restriction type, the candidate coding mode set comprising a block copy intra-frame coding mode, selecting a target coding mode from the candidate coding mode set, and decoding the current to-be-decoded unit according to the target coding mode, thereby obtaining corresponding decoded data.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, and a storage medium. The method includes: obtaining source data; encoding sub-data in the source data based on a target word feature vector to obtain hidden feature vectors corresponding to the sub-data, the target word feature vector representing a sentiment feature standard; obtaining a word feature vector corresponding to the source data based on the hidden feature vectors corresponding to the sub-data; and inputting the word feature vector into a preset sentiment classification network to obtain a result of sentiment polarity prediction of the source data. According to the embodiments of the disclosure, the accuracy of sentiment polarity prediction may be improved.

The terminal transmits request information for a TSC service to a network node, the request information including time parameters of the TSC service. The network node transmits response information including modified time parameters to the terminal, so that the terminal may perform the TSC service based on the response information, thereby implementing the TSC service initiated by the terminal.
