Abstract: An electronic device with one or more processors and memory displays a web page in a web browser and detects a user input to extract data from the web page. In response to detecting the input, the device: identifies multimedia items by analyzing source code of the web page; categorizes the multimedia items into multimedia types; and replaces the web page with displaying a user interface for the multimedia items, including: a first region with a first icon corresponding to a first plurality of multimedia items of a first multimedia type and a first set of affordances for performing operations with the first plurality of multimedia items; and a second region with a second icon corresponding to a second plurality of multimedia items of a second multimedia type and a second set of affordances for performing operations with the second plurality of multimedia items.

Abstract: Provided is a method for group sending message in instant communication, including following steps: acquiring a request for group sending message, accessing a contact list, and then acquiring information of multiple contacts selected from said contact list; acquiring inputted message to be group sent; and sending said inputted message to a respective receiving terminal of each of said contacts, according to information of each of said contacts. By implementing the technical scheme of the present disclosure, the user's time in operating is reduced, the efficiency of group sending message is improved, especially when the method is applied in a mobile terminal, the duration time of the mobile terminal is prolonged, and the security of group sending message is improved. The disclosure also provides a terminal and a computer storage medium for group sending message in instant communication.

Abstract: A method for recommending text information, a server, a browser, and a system thereof are provided. The method includes: a keyword is obtained by a server from a text index pool in response to a visiting request for a webpage from a browser; a recommended text information list is obtained from the text index pool according to the corresponding keyword; the recommended text information list is embedded into the webpage and the webpage is returned to the browser for displaying to a user; and the user may click the keyword to obtain the recommended text information list as required, thereby the keyword is set as the connection between the user and the webpage text information.

Abstract: A method and system for providing notifications to users for group messages transmitted over a social networking platform are disclosed. A server with one or more processors and memory obtains a group message from a first user account in the social networking platform, where the group message is to be sent to a group of user accounts in the social networking platform. For a respective user account in the group of user accounts, the server: determines a status of a group message notification function of the social networking platform for the respective user account; in accordance with a determination that the group message notification function is disabled, determines whether the respective user account is referred to in the group message; and, in accordance with a determination that the user account is referred to in the group message, sends a notification to the respective user account regarding the group message.

Abstract: An encryption recommendation method and an encryption recommendation device are provided. The method includes the following steps: configuring, by an initiator, a serial number for a message, and sending the message having the configured serial number to a target end; extracting, by the target end, a serial number of a message that a user chooses to reply to, and adding the serial number to a corresponding reply message; and displaying, by the initiator according to the serial number carried in the reply message, the reply message next to a message corresponding to the serial number carried in the reply message. In the present disclosure, the serial number is configured for each message, and the reply message is displayed next to the corresponding message according to the serial number carried in the reply message, thereby improving pertinence between a reply message and its original message.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to a field of network information technology. Described are a method and a system for sending webpage content of browser bookmark uniform resource locator (URL). The method includes the following steps: receiving browser bookmark URL information sent from a client, the browser bookmark URL information comprising a browser bookmark URL and a message indicating whether the client starts a function of webpage content offline downloading; determining whether a function of webpage content offline downloading of the client is started according to the prompting message; when the function of webpage content offline downloading of the client is client is started, extracting key webpage content of the webpage corresponding to the browser book mark URL; and sending the key webpage content to the client. The exemplary embodiments of present disclosure can save network traffic and improve a reading efficiency of the webpage corresponding to the bookmark URL.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a server for allocating game resources, which belongs to the field of network technology. The method includes: receiving a game participation request including game subzone information sent by a user; when the user enters a game subzone identified by the game subzone information, assigning the user to a waiting queue corresponding to the user in the game subzone in accordance with a predetermined condition; and when the user is successfully assigned to the waiting queue, selecting participants to play in the same group with the user from waiting queues other than the waiting queue of the user, and allocating game resources for the user and the selected participants. The present technical solution can effectively reduce occurrence of the game participants' cheating.
