Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and a device for controlling power saving. The method comprises: monitoring an amount of remaining charge in a battery of a mobile device; and automatically adjusting a operation of the mobile device according to the monitored amount of remaining charge of the battery, the automatic adjusting comprising at least one of: changing a current value of a device parameter of the mobile device according to the monitored amount of remaining charge, and determining whether to turn off a user application and/or a device function that is currently active on the mobile device according to the monitored amount of remaining charge, so as to reduce the consumption of electricity from the battery.

Abstract: A method for sharing login status between an application platform and an application, both running on a client device, is performed at a computer. In response to a login request from the client device, the computer analyzes the login request to determine whether the login request is associated with the application platform or the application. If the login request is with the application platform, the computer then establishes a first connection with an application platform server and forwards the login request to the application platform server. Upon receiving a login key from the application platform server, the computer returns the login key to the client device. If not, the computer establishes a second connection with an application server and forwards the login request to the application server. Upon receiving a login key from the application server, the computer then returns the login key to the client device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for controlling invocation of application programming interface (API) is provided. The method includes categorizing a plurality of APIs according to a plurality of API categories. The API categories are categorized by an API function through which user information is obtained. The method further includes setting a default invoking permission for a respective API category, and detecting, in real time, an attempt by an application to invoke an API in the respective API category. Upon detecting the attempted invocation of the API in the API category by the application, the method further includes controlling the invoking behavior of the API by the application in accordance with the default invoking permission for the API category.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of editing information in a social network service (“SNS”) application, and a terminal for the same. The method can comprise: sending from a command terminal to an execution terminal a multimedia information obtaining command while the command terminal is executing an editing operation in an editing area of an SNS application; obtaining multimedia information by the execution terminal in accordance with the multimedia information obtaining command; sending the obtained multimedia information to the command terminal; and inserting the multimedia information by the command terminal into the editing area of the SNS application. The present disclosure accomplishes information editing via inter-terminal interaction, simplifies the process of information editing operation, increases the convenience of information editing, and enhances the SNS application's user loyalty.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an information backup method in the field of computer technologies. A log file is monitored at an electronic device that comprises a local memory. A first part of the log file is determined to be associated with a first subset of operations that comprise a first action of uninstalling a specific application. In accordance with the determination, user information that is associated with the specific application is stored in the local memory, and the user information may comprise a user database, a configuration file and a private file generated and updated when a user uses the specific application. A second part of the log file is further determined to be associated with a second subset of operations that comprise a second action of reinstalling the specific application. The user information is extracted from the local memory for use in the second action of reinstalling the specific application.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for uploading a file based on a webkit kernel browser are disclosed herein. A UIWebView control in the webkit kernel browser can be used to monitor a url request. The url request is linked with a triggering button related to a file for uploading on a webpage. It is then determined whether the url request monitored by the UIWebView control contains an agreed protocol header. When the url request is determined that contains the agreed protocol header, the file for uploading is received and uploaded. When it is determined that the url request does not contain the agreed protocol header, the file for uploading is not uploaded. An apparatus for uploading a file based on a webkit kernel browser can include a monitoring module and a determination executing module.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an information transmission method, apparatus, system, and terminal. The information transmission method includes: sending, by a first mobile terminal, an information transmission instruction to a plug-in bound to the first mobile terminal, and obtaining, by the plug-in, according to the information transmission instruction, webpage information of a current web page in a browser where the plug-in is located; processing, by the plug-in, the webpage information, and displaying the processed webpage information by adopting a floating layer; and sending, by the plug-in, the webpage information in the floating layer to the first mobile terminal. The present invention can implement information transmission and improve the convenience of information transmission.

Abstract: The current invention discloses methods and devices that provide controlled randomization of the progression of an application program on one or more terminals connected to a server. The server may feed a seed random number to the terminals and the seed random number may be used by a platform-independent random number generator to produce random numbers. The random numbers may be fed to platform-dependent random processing commands to generate display contents, which may be displayed by the terminals. With such implementations, the same program running at different times may have different processes and show different display contents. The current invention reduces predictability and improves randomness and excitability of the program.

Each user input event corresponds to a respective image frame of the network application and the user input events include at least one remote user input event from a remote source. The computer generates and updates response data from the respective image frames associated with the user input events to a current image frame of the network application. In some embodiments, the user input events are all from a local user of the computer. The computer also generates and updates synchronization data from the respective image frame associated with the at least one remote user input event to the current image frame of the network application. Finally, the computer replaces the response data with the synchronization data.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a Near-Field-Communication (NFC)-based information exchange method and device. The method comprises: in response to an information reading request from an NFC scanning device, detecting whether the NFC scanning device works properly; performing security examination on the mobile terminal when the NFC scanning device works properly; acquiring contextual information associated with the information reading request after completing the security examination; choosing one of pre-set risk levels for the information reading request based on the contextual information; selecting an authentication method corresponding to the chosen risk level; prompting a user of the mobile terminal to perform an authentication operation required by the authentication method; and exchanging information with the NFC scanning device according to the information reading request after the authentication operation is verified.

The method includes that: after a user logs in, a client device sends a version number of a local game hall and personal information of the user to a server, which generates and returns a silent configuration file for downloading according to the version number of the local game hall and personal information of the user, wherein the silent configuration file for downloading includes a list of games that needs to be updated and/or downloaded and a silent download speed-limiting mode; the client device receives the silent configuration file for downloading returned by the server, and silently downloads and/or updates corresponding games of the local game hall according to the silent configuration file for downloading. Abstract: Various embodiments provide methods and systems for controlling an access to applications on a mobile terminal. In an exemplary method, an opened application can be scanned and an application identification can be obtained. The application identification can be compared with a pre-stored target application identification. When the application identification is compared to be consistent with the pre-stored target application identification, an unlock interface can be displayed. An unlock command can be obtained to run the application on the mobile terminal. An exemplary system for controlling an access to an application on a mobile terminal can include a scanning module, a comparing module, a displaying module, and an executing module.
