Abstract: A wear element for component subject to abrasive influences, for example in a region of a receiving element for bulk material, includes an element formed by a one-piece, approximately plate-shape molded body made of a wear resistant alloy. The molded body is configured not to be planar in any plane. The molded body has an approximately rectangular cross-section and includes longitudinal sides and lateral sides that are rounded sections flowing into each other.

  • Publication number: 20090289496
Abstract: A device for tensioning chains on crawler-type or tracked vehicles, in particular the chains of hydraulic excavators, comprises a first cylinder arranged in an area of the chassis for the tracked vehicle, and operatively connected via a piston rod to a guide wheel to tension the chain. A second cylinder forms a spring cylinder and is operatively connected to the first cylinder. The second cylinder concentrically encloses the first cylinder to form a double cylinder and each cylinder is provided with a separate hydraulic connection. At startup of the tracked vehicle, the hydraulic connections of the double cylinder are admitted with a specifiable pre-tensioning pressure. The spring cylinder can be moved with maximum spring travel to its end position because of its larger cross-sectional surface, and the tensioning cylinder pre-tensions the chain with a force that corresponds to the pre-tensioning pressure.

  • Patent number: 6755604
Abstract: The present invention relates to a wheeled shovel loader that comprises a boom (3) capable of pivoting about an axis (4) as well as loading shovel (13) that can be actuated by a tilting structure (11, 12). According to this invention, at least one additional arm (7) connecting the boom (3) and the loading shovel (13) is hinged so as to be capable of displacement in the same way as a parallel linkage or parallelogram on said arm (3) under the action of at least a first connecting rod (8) and at least a second connecting rod (9). The shovel loader of the present invention comprises means for controlling the displacement of the additional arm (7) according to the angular position of the boom (3) relative to its pivot axis (4), as well as means for maintaining the loading shovel (13) in a horizontal position.
