    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bioreactor for RNA in vitro transcription, a method for RNA in vitro transcription, a module for transcribing DNA into RNA and an automated apparatus for RNA manufacturing. Further, the use of a bioreactor for RNA in vitro transcription as described herein is part of the present invention. The present invention relates to an RNA in vitro transcription reactor designed to be operable in an automated manner under GMP-compliant conditions. In particular, said RNA in vitro transcription reactor allows repetitive use of DNA template for various RNA in vitro transcription reactions. Further, the invention relates to an apparatus for RNA manufacturing comprising (a) a module for template DNA synthesis, (b) a module for transcribing DNA into RNA comprising said RNA in vitro transcription reactor, and, optionally, (c) a module for RNA formulation.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for applying sealing profiles to vehicle bodies or parts thereof, includes drawing off the sealing profile from an unwinding unit and rolling the sealing profile onto the vehicle body or the part of the vehicle body along an application line provided for application purposes, by a pressure-exerting roller of an application head. An arrangement of an automatic optical inspection system within the application apparatus provides for direct detection of defects and discontinuities of the sealing profile by the user without any need for markings on the sealing profile wound up on the roll or for data handling between the manufacturer of the sealing profile and the user.

    Abstract: A method for determining the elongation and/or compression of a profiled sealing element applied to a body includes drawing the profiled sealing element, which exists as an endless profiled element, from a store and, with the help of an application roller and by means of an adhesive surface present on the profiled sealing element, rolling the profiled sealing element onto the body part along a line intended for the attachment. A measuring roller, which rolls on the profiled sealing element without slip, is arranged at a small distance before a drive system for the profiled sealing element. The length sensed by the measuring roller corresponds to the length of the profiled sealing element applied to the body along an application distance having a defined length.
