Abstract: An opening device for a container comprises a pouring spout defining a pouring opening to pour in use the content of the container, a closing element closing the pouring opening and connected to the pouring spout by a breakable connection, and a closure fitted to the pouring spout in a removable manner to close the pouring opening at a region thereof different from that closed by the closing element; the closing element is formed in one piece with a protruding portion extending through the pouring opening and welded to the closure far away from the closing element.

Abstract: An ice cream production apparatus comprises a control unit, a freezer, a freezer outlet pump and a piping system provided from the freezer to one or more ice cream outlet nozzles downstream the freezer, can assume at least two operational modes. The first operational mode is a production mode. The second operational mode is a pre-production mode comprising the steps of freezing the ice cream in the freezer such that the ice cream obtains a pre-production viscosity value being equal to or higher than a production viscosity value, and pumping the frozen ice cream into the piping system at a pre-production outlet flow being smaller than a production outlet flow. The pre-production mode is used for cooling the piping system and the ice cream outlet nozzles before operating the ice cream production apparatus in the production mode.
Abstract: An apparatus for filling a product into a container is provided. The apparatus can include a filling unit that can deliver the product into the container, the filling unit can include a pump and a filling nozzle at its one end. Abstract: Information is obtained from a package filling machine, regarding sampling occasions in the form of sampling records. Each sampling record comprises a first time stamp for the sampling occasion, information describing a trigger for the sampling occasion, a number of package samples taken at the sampling occasion, and a second time stamp that specifies when the package samples were taken. Analysis information regarding contaminated package samples is obtained from a package sample analysis system. The sampling records and analysis information are processed to link contaminated package samples with sampling occasions. A table is generated that comprises, for each sampling occasion, the first time stamp, the information that describes a trigger for the sampling occasion, the number of package samples taken at the sampling occasion, the second time stamp and a number of contaminated package samples at the sampling occasion.
